Stephen Richards, the corporate director, was an excellent support while we were searching for a hot tub for our TV show. He took the time to explain the entire process, including delivery, the need for a crane, electrical requirements, and more. I highly recommend AquaFire's services – they are outstanding.

I provided my credit card information prior to the $159 service call to repair our hot tub. After the service date, there was no report/call/email. I called them 2 days later to follow up on what happened during the service. After multiple tries, someone picked up the phone and said they couldn't find the report, but they would get back to me. I followed up with 2 emails and another phone call (unanswered). 8 days after the service, we have received no information, and the hot tub is still not working. So I proceed to hire another hot tub repair person to look at our hot tub. I let AquaFireLeisure know I've hired someone else because I have no contact from them and still a non-working hot tub. I receive an email back "I will follow up on this". No reply for another week. 15 days after the service call (still no communication from them), I get an emailed receipt that my credit card has been charged $950 with NO explanation as to what was done and no follow up. I reply that I will be disputing the charge if there is no explanation. The owner did call me the following day and explained that they were short staffed and that's why there was no communication about what happened, but they changed a pump and they still don't know why it is not working. So, we still paid the bill for a pump (which may or may not have been unnecessary since it was still broken after it was replaced), and what good is a service call if there is no communication about what was found/done AND it's still broken?
There are other hot tub repair companies in town that communicate better and have the expertise to do the same job.

Amazing experience here, me and my partner were looking everywhere for beach towels. We came here in hopes at finding some! We were in luck! Colleen was so wonderful helping us out. She was super sweet and very funny. I’m so happy to have found this place!

We purchased a new pump for our 25 year old Beachcomber when we were in Alberta on a holiday. When we returned home to BC we realized that the new pump had been upgraded by Beachcomber with a different size outlet. Once Steve was advised he immediately jumped into action and engaged Beachcomber and the issue was resolved in short order.

I felt so confident with our purchase because of the extreme wealth of knowledge the team has. Stephen made sure we kept informed on the status of our hot tub along the way. I recently reached out to Aquafire as I was having issues with my hot tub heating fully. Aquafire was able to respond in a timely manner and even though they were unable to book in a time immediately to come check on my hot tub, they did provide me with a small heater to place next to the pumps to keep them from freezing until they were able to come and inspect. Stephen was wonderful to deal with and responded to all my queries and extremely accommodating in working with me to address my issues.

Even though my hot tub is not a model that they regularly service, they were able to address the issue and repair and were more than fair in their pricing with me as well. I have the utmost confidence in Aquafire any time that I have an issue and will continue to recommend them to anyone that is seeking professional and helpful service. Thank you again to everyone at Aquafire and I hope I do not need to contact you again, but have confidence that if I need to, that things will be dealt with professionally and competently.

They have been nothing but amazing to work with since day 1, they are always there when you need them, from friendly customer service to competitive prices. We purchased a used Beachcomber Hot tub in 2010. Aquafire Leisure moved and hooked it up for us and ever since have helped us to maintain it.
Staff are very positive and super friendly. It was a no-brainer for us to purchase a gas fireplace and patio furniture from them too. Great service, friendly staff!
