The studio provides such a welcoming and calm atmosphere, it is always spotless and I appreciate the health practices they follow.
The customer service at Odessa is top tier. Shelby always makes sure that you feel welcome and are comfortable during your appointments.

I had the pleasure of visiting Odessa Beauty Bar for an eyelash removal and a hybrid eyelash extension application, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Erin is an absolute artist and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable.

The eyelash removal process was quick and gentle, leaving no irritation or discomfort. Erin then worked her magic on the hybrid extensions, which turned out stunning! The perfect balance of volume and natural look was exactly what I was hoping for.

The atmosphere at Odessa Beauty Bar is warm, welcoming, and professional. Erin’s attention to detail and expertise truly shine through in her work. My lashes not only look incredible but also feel lightweight and natural.

I was in Canmore for my friend's wedding and all the groomsmen were doing the bridesmaid activities too. It was a bit of a switch thing the day before the wedding. Anyway, I was fortunate to get Shelby as my technician. She was so friendly and nice, dealing with me and other guys not used to this stuff. She helped remove some acne issues and recommended salicyclic acid and cleansers, she knew good restaurants around to try, and was genuinely sweet.

Had an absolutely amazing experience with Shelby for gel extensions. She was able to fit me in for a full set of nails after I had a last minute cancellation in town to get my nails done for an engagement shoot. Shelby replied to my message after hours and was able to squeeze me in for an appointment. Shelby was absolutely amazing, her work is amazing and I love the vibe that she brings! The owner does great work, it’s unfortunate that she’s also the most unprofessional individual I will probably ever meet. Careful what you talk to her about when getting her services because she has no issue telling others (and she also doesn’t stop talking so it’s not really relaxing for a 2.5hr service to begin with). This being said, the gossip had lots to say about others. A huge shame because I would have loved continuing to get my lashes done by her…

So thankful for you and your team! They were able to squeeze me in very last minute for an eyelash extension fill before eloping! Erin did such an amazing job, she was so much fun to chat with! The space was beautiful and I was so comfy (didn’t know that was possible 8 months pregnant), they also continually checked in to see if I needed anything! My first time in Canmore and I had some down time. After my experience, I can see why the rating is high!
I have thick eyebrows and the technique was really good to thin them out, shape and define them. Definitely a stop I'd make if I'm in Canmore again.
