We went to Saigon chef for a quick lunch and we were not disappointed.
The girl serving is really nice and polite.
We had spring rolls as a starter and we loved them.
We later had one beef pho and a chicken peanut sate and both soup were really good.
The only thing I did not enjoy where the noodles a little too thin and breakable for me.
Price is fair. We will come back

I really enjoyed their food! My husband and my kids really enjoyed their Special Beef Pho. The broth was amazing and loved their in house made chili oil!
We also go their spring rolls and fried dumplings! The place was clean, good service and the owners were great. I think we found our favourite pho place in Chestermere instead of heading to Calgary. Will definitely be coming back regularly.

This was a wonderful discovery, the portions are generous and the beef sub was much bigger than I anticipated. The house special pho was rich and very flavorful with beef, and Vermicelli that was simply perfect.
10 out of 5 stars, this will be my go to spot in chestemere from now on.

Tried Saigon Chef 2 the first time and everything tasted good. Wonderful lady chef came out to check with our food. Spring rolls were good. It's wonderful to see family owned business in the area.

Ordered the satay beef vermicelli dish and the flavours were really great, I’ve had a lot of these dishes from many different places and this one tops the list. It has some nice spice to it which I love, the spring rolls are amazing. I did just wish that it came with a bit more meat for the price but other than that it was amazing.

I’ll definitely be coming back to try out other things from here

Such a delightful experience having the beef, pork, chicken and spring roll noodle bowls for lunch with a friend. Having requested authentic satay flavouring, we were thrilled at the melange of complex seasonings in the perfectly charbroiled yet fork-tender meats. Our gracious, pleasant-natured lady chef obviously cooked the vermicelli-like rice noodles fresh for each order as they were served steaming hot without being over cooked. Many other places layer cold, precooked noodles into their bowls, saving time by batch cooking large portions in advance. The steaming noodles kept the meats warm, providing a temperature counterpoint to the fresh, crispy sprouts, lettuce, shredded carrot, and cucumber. The spring rolls were piping hot and flavourful. Their house tea was outstanding: smooth, nutty, never bitter.
Well done, Saigon Chef 2 in Chestermere. We will be back!
