I’ve been coming here to get my hair done by Jen for 5 years now and she’s always nailed it every single time without fail no matter what my newest hair request is!!! I definitely recommend her for any colouring or extension needs anybody may have! Can’t say enough good things about this place, Delaney is also extremely kind and helpful as well as all the other staff at this salon and they’ve done nothing but treat me like a VIP for the past 5 years. Can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you ladies <3

My first time going to the salon and first time doing a lash lift and tint. I was so nervous but the girl that did my service was incredible and so easy to work with. Honestly sweetest girl and amazing conversationalist in my opinion. I like that she walked me through step by step and made me feel comfortable. Was very attentive and gentle. Would 10 out a 10 recommend and will 100 percent be coming back. Thank you for giving me a great day off.

I've been looking for a new hair salon since the one I went to closed down months ago. After reading the reviews and bios for Chrome I decided to book an appointment. My hair stylist was Andrea. She was absolutely amazing. She listen to what I wanted to do and gave recommendations to what I was trying to achieve. Being a blonde I'm always concerned about the final outcome of the colour but Andrea took her time and showed me several examples and ensured she knew what I was trying to achieve. The end result the colour is absolutely perfect, the cut and style also perfect.
Thank you Andrea for making this such a great experience for me. I'm so happy to have found Chrome you will see me for many many more years!!

If you book a curly cut, then be ready to remind the stylist of what you want. Despite a thorough consulation that covered products, styling, length, and layering, my hair is a mess. The salon said that there was a breakdown in communication. I told the stylist that I did not want my hair any shorter than shoulder length, that I did not want a front-to-back slant, that I wanted body left in the middle, and that I have curl shrinkage that impacts the cut. If all that information causes a communication issue, then I am unsure of how to be clearer. I was given an apology and offered product for the amount I paid. I declined the offer because product will not fix a bad haircut.

Just left the salon and am soooo happy. Booked with Jennifer for a haircut/makeover and on a whim was able to have the fall special facial first. No regrets. What a wonderful pampering! Totally recommend the service to anyone!
Then set myself in the chair ready to chop off my long locks. Jen did not disappoint. She asked lots of questions and we reviewed some photos of possible looks. She checked with me a couple times as the cut progressed and I decided to go shorter than I originally had expected. My hair looks fabulous and fresh and I feel so beautiful! Always love the atmosphere at Chrome and everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

I have been going to Chrome Salon + Spa for a number of years now. I utilize many of their services and often give gift certificates to family and friends for special occasions and events.
I regularly attend for my hair and brows with Maddy. I have to say my hair (and brows) have never looked so good. I'm always excited for the experience and get lots of compliments!
Recently I attended the Facial Class with my friend on January 19, 2023. I walked away with a swag bag and a lot of knowledge I never knew about caring for my skin - even at my age. I think everyone, men and women, need to know about taking care of our skin. I will be booking my next facial with Lili soon as it has become part of my self-care blissful ritual.
The Manicures and Pedicures are amazing! I love the pedicure where I get my feet waxed to seal and protect my skin. It's a heavenly experience 🙂
If you are looking for a salon and spa that has consistency, good value and a pleasant overall experience then I would highly recommend Chrome Salon + Spa! Five Stars!

Love this salon! Always serene and calming. Have had my hair absolutely transformed by Lily, but have also attended their amazing Facial Class. Their knowledge about hair and skin care is phenomenal, and I love the Glow Skin Beauty line they carry. Highly recommended for sensitive skin!
