OVERPRICED. Terrible food. No seating for “spectators” and now you get to pay $3 to spectate. Booooooo.

Also, no access to water.

Also, we came in as they opened and it’s clear that this place doesn’t get cleaned. Wash your kids’ hands.

The foam pit smells like pee.

Deadly!

As for whomever is writing the responses to the reviews:

With Love, I recommend spending less time ignoring and refuting your customers’ concerns and spending more time cleaning.

It’ll get you better reviews.

It was Thursday January 23 @ around 5pm
I had an extremely frustrating experience at this place, and it all came down to terrible customer service from two of the employees. I had paid online for 1 hour, expecting to take advantage of the advertised 2-for-1 deal. However, when I arrived, the employees told me that because I’d clicked the wrong link on their website, they couldn’t give me the second hour for free, due to issues with their software.

I explained that I had already paid for the second hour, and since it was the same price, could they just honor the deal and let me have the second hour. But instead of being helpful, they insisted that I pay for an extra hour to get it. One of the employees then proceeded to insult me in front of other guests, accusing me of being rude and yelling when all I was doing was calmly explaining my situation. I absolutely did not raise my voice or act aggressively.

After several attempts, the manager finally was able to correct the mistake in their system and apply the second hour. However, the employee who had insulted me never bothered to apologize for their rude behavior. It's disappointing that something so simple could have been handled better with some professionalism and courtesy.

This place was a huge disappointment. The outrages price, ridiculous policies and bad management are why we won’t return and I would encourage other parents to support other businesses.

I took my two kids and was wearing a baby. It says on their website
“ALL Little Jumpers (under 46″) MUST have a paid adult jumping with them to supervise throughout the park & on the trampolines.” And then
“park User Fee (for non-jumping adults. All children 1 year & over require jump ticket to enter)
1 hour $2.00
2 hours $3.00”
I paid an hour for my kids so I was expecting to be charged 2$ non jumping fee. But instead I was charged the price for 1 hour big jump which is 15.50. I had a baby in a carrier clearly I would do nothing more than stand and watch my kids. The employee was very nice and said it was insurance and there is no way to charge just 2$ in their system. It was not their error and so I hope upper management sees this.
So if parents are going to be charged to watch most stayed in the gated area. So teens and preteens were out of control. I get it kids will be kids but it was unsafe for my kids. The big kids were jumping in the little kids area, running nearly missing my kid and throwing things. There was only one employee and they stayed at the desk. Clearly management has a problem with scheduling. There was no employee available to walk and check in at the trampoline park. I think your insurance should be more interested in that rather than your admission price.

We love LA jump!! I bring my kids during toddler time and we always have the best time. I can't recommend bringing your toddlers here more. The staff is wonderful and it's such a great way for everyone to burn energy!

It was fun for the kids. We had 4 children there. We tried to supervise the 4 children by being near them after paying 113.00 for the 4 children for a 2 hour jump. We knew we weren’t allowed to jump but as adults we would like to probably sit down. We found a sitting spot where nobody else was around and immediately told we can’t sit there.

There’s no seating for adults at all there who choose to not pay to jump. We were left sitting down in the bottom area where we could not see the children or properly supervise them.

The place disappointed me hugely. It needs more seating areas for parents, or allow them to jump with their children free of charge. I was there for the kids sake and would have more than willing to bounce around with them, if it wasn’t already so expensive. I gave 2 stars because the kids had fun.

If I could give a 0 star review I would.

I recently visited Jump LA and was left extremely disappointed. While the facility itself is decent for children, the staff's attitude towards customers is absolutely appalling. I was scolded for simply stepping onto the trampoline area to help my young daughter safely get down from the rope obstacle. This was done out of concern for her safety and to avoid any potential accidents... Obviously.

The visit at Jump LA, was for a birthday party, and the birthday girl's sister was refused entry, because she was 1/2 an inch too tall. How would you feel if your sister/daughter was refused entry, and made to miss a special birthday? The owner of Jump LA did not even allow the girl to sit at the table, and stay for cake.

Instead of understanding the situation, the owner was more concerned with enforcing rules without any regard for common sense or human decency. It's clear that this establishment prioritizes revenue over customer satisfaction and safety.

I will not be returning to this trampoline park and would strongly advise others to reconsider as well.

***EDIT
The owner's response mentions numerous times about the "safety" of the children, however, me tending to my child on the rope was absolutely forbidden. That is safety. Grown adults could jump, and do flips around other Tiny Tots, but a sister who was 46.5in tall, was refused entry and could not even have cake with her sister. That does not justify safety. The only person "thanking you" for what you did or said, was the devil on your shoulder.

Overall the park itself was fun for my kids. I found it sad that we had to pay as parents just to go in and watch our kids. We had a birthday party a while back and we were charged for every adult who did not want to leave their child. We would have spend double the money on pizza if the grandparents were able to stay and watch but not for $15/person just to get in the gates. We had to throw a second party for the extended family. Wouldn’t hold a party there again. Not sure why adults and grandparents can’t come in and watch with out getting charged.
No water fountain for the kids to refill water, weird that a gym type facility wouldn’t have a water refill stand. Covid is over … put the fountain back … it’s making your business look like you don’t care about the kids.
The owner is not the friendliest person out there and overall seems to be the type of person who has an excuse for everything.

Staff was generally okay, they don’t always open their doors on time.

Overall not worth the price or the hassle. Only good part is the actual trampolines.

So disappointed. Took my 3 kids (2, 4 and 6 yrs old) to toddler time (46 inches and under) and we were refused entry because my oldest was like a quarter of an inch taller than the 46 inch mark (with his winter boots on). The lineup of families behind me argued for me that we could stay, as I had 3 kids crying at the door, not understanding why they couldn’t jump together as a family. I understand keeping a 13 year old separate from a 2 year old, but this is ridiculous. Now I have to take my toddlers to open floor time, where they are jumping with the teens/young adults that toddler time is supposed to avoid, for safety reasons. It makes no sense.
And thanks for the 2 other families who followed me and my crying boys out of the door. I appreciated it.

*adding an edit here since I can’t reply to the owner’s response:

You’re right. My son is over the 46 inch mark. But he isn’t even 47 inches tall. He is 46 and 7/16 inches tall. That isn’t even half an inch over. We measured; boots off. I understand that he is taller than 46 inches, but I’m not arguing that. I’m arguing that the overall policy is ridiculous because it doesn’t allow my young family (majority toddlers) to safely participate with kids of their same abilities or size/age range, which is the whole purpose of the policy in the first place. You say he (and the rest of my toddler-aged family) is welcome to go at open floor time. However, that doesn’t start until noon, which now isn’t even an option for my household since I have young children who need to eat at lunch and nap in the afternoon, or need to be home, fed, bathed and in bed by 8 (like typical toddlers do). So no, open floor time isn’t an easy option like you suggest it is when you have a narrow window. And it still doesn’t offer a safe jumping space for any of my children, which you’ve already pointed out should be in place for these young kids, so they don’t have to jump with people who are more than triple their size and weight. And I’m not the only family with these dynamics. So it’s not like you are only turning away one family here. You are turning away a substantial amount of young families.

Yes. 2 other families did not go in. I was supposed to go there as a group of 4 families. One continued in and they said they wouldn’t be going back because her oldest son (who is 4 and was there with his younger brothers; 3 and 7 months) was in the middle of the 46 inch mark and it was expressed to their family that it would be an issue going forward as well. While the other two families decided to not support your establishment and didn’t continue in, the 4th family only did because they drove 40 minutes from out of town for the occasion. And every single family in there behind me, and the one in front of me said it was ridiculous as I walked my crying children out the door. And 2 of them even argued on my behalf for me as I stood there in disbelief and processing what was happening before I was even able speak up for myself.

There was another 2 vehicles also parked beside mine (men in both vehicles), who all said it was pathetic and they were airing their grievances to me in the parking lot as well for their own issues, without even seeing what my family just experienced. So don’t try to make me look as though I’m fabricating stuff just to protect your image from one of multiple negative reviews. You’re right. Footage doesn’t lie. Go look at the footage of our conversation in the parking lot. Not a very good start to your business day since we left at 10:03 and your business opens at 10, and you already had 3 vehicles mad or leaving, and 2 others not showing up, and one other family saying it is their last time because of the circumstances (happy to show pics/convos which won’t bode well for you)

And sorry, but I’m able to give any review I want of your business. It’s not an unfair review or opinion either. It may not be what you want, but it doesn’t mean that my experience (or families with similar experiences) are not warranted the right to give negative reviews for your sake as a business owner.
