I would not suggest the KinderClub South program.

The leaders are consistently on their phones, distracted from their priorities, the children.
Many "accidents" were not reported, nor did the leaders have an idea that they had happened. One boy's incident was made to sound less severe than it was. He had to get stitches. From that point on, the parents withdrew him from the program.
I went to pick up my child at 5:30 pm (the program ended at 6:30 pm). She was the last child and was left alone with one leader. From what I know, the contract states that no kind will be alone with a single leader. These leaders are not held to the standard outlined in the agreement signed when your child is placed in their care.
In conversation with many other parents, movies are a common occurrence. This is inappropriate when there are many resources and ample indoor and outdoor space to utilize for activities.

Unfortunately, with my child's father, this was the only option that worked for our schedule and ability to transport. Had I been aware of these issues earlier on in my child's attendance, I would have pulled her, which is my error for not thoroughly investigating this program. I hope to merely inform the circumstances that we have experienced at KinderClub south for those who are interested in enrolling their children .

Well we just finished our 2nd week with the Youth Summer program and there are some pretty amazing leaders who never hesitate to get involved with the kids. Thank you so much for being patient, caring and genuinely interested in the wellbeing of today's youth!!

Our little Danica loves, loves, loves this place. She's always looking forward to go there and enjoys playing with the other kids. The staff is very friendly, very kind and accommodating.

10/10 would recommend to anyone of age and anyone older I would recommend volunteering or working there. Everyone, staff wise, was so amazing when I was a kid, it quickly became my home away from home and I formed some of the most strongest friendships for the 5 years I went.

place has gone downhill FAST lately, used to go to there youth program with my friends. none of us go anymore & all of the adult leaders have either left/are leaving soon... not the same

hardly anyone from my school goes anymore. something is wrong with whoever is in charge here. 2 stars because this place used to mean alot to me

Leaders are extremely responsible and professional but also feel like valued friends that will listen to everything you have to say and try to help with feedback in the best ways possible
