Je suis allée à Terrace en février dernier et nous avons eu la chambre de réserver deux Week-end une magnifique chambre à ce petit auberge. C'est très convivial, chaleureux. En plein coeur de la ville de Terrace. Tout est à promixité. À coup sûr c'est certainement un auberge où je retournerais. Je le recommande X 1000

Simple non contact entry,place is quiet as a mouse.Huge spacious room,heated bathroom floors,good location.I was in room 19 and only small criticism is that the ac machine sounds like an old tractor,very loud and I think it’s time is coming to an end.I will look forward to coming back.

We stayed here for two nights in room 17, a king room with fireplace, it was awesome!
The self checkin was very well documented and easy. Our room was huge, the fireplace (presto logs supplied) added ambiance, the room had a nice view into the trees and was very quiet.
The room has been recently renovated, the bathroom has rustic floor tiling(subfloor heating), floor to ceiling tiled walk in shower, all very clean. There is a coffee nook and fridge, when I texted and asked for a kettle Casey delivered within minutes!
Had a lovely chat with the owner who was onsite.
This lodge is being lovingly restored and updated, our experience was top notch!
We will stay here again and highly recommend!!
There is also a authentic family run East Indian restaurant onsite (their mango lassi is to die for)

We love this place. This was our second time staying here. For us, it's not just a place to stay-- it's a destination. The setting is so lovely and peaceful and the rooms are very large and comfortable. Some have an enormous rock fireplace that adds a great feeling to the room. It's a great place to just relax and enjoy the forest vibe. Doug and Barbara were very responsive hosts and they went out of their way to accommodate us. It doesn't hurt that there is a great Indian restaurant (Chef Abhi) on the premises as well. Highly recommended!

When we arrived we were greeted by the very nice owner who checked us in although the Lodge sent us self-checkin-announcements before we arrived. So even if "no one's there" you can checkin to your room, which is nice.|Our room was very very nice, spacious, clean, with a newly remodeled, clean bathroom and a balcony. The room looks very "Lodge-Like". It is a great place at a nice location. Only, our room was on the 2nd floor and no elevator. No problem for us, but if one's unable to get the luggage up the stairs don't book here or check before booking if there's a room at the 1st floor available. All in all: Highly recommended!

Love this hidden gem. The smell of cedar on the grounds is intoxicating. Very quiet and peaceful place. I have just two suggestions for improvement and that is the addition of a microwave and an upgrade on the toilet paper. The room has been outfitted with an abundance of coffee cups and Kuerig pods! Which is appreciated. I will return again.

This is the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in.|Booking.com are taking up my complaint at the moment.|Reading reviews they are all 5star, if I could have given a minus score I would.|This is a let yourself in, let yourself out Hotel. There was no one to turn too.|The room was grubby dirty and shabby, some people may call it rustic but to me rustic does not cover filthy dirty rooms|The insect 8x4 screen had fallen off outside the patio door.|The double patio doors were filthy dirty.|There was insect dropping on the window sill. |The shower control came off in my hand, the place was abysmal. |My room number 13 was nothing like the pictures shown in advertisements.|My wife and in left early in the morning just to get away.|Going down to what is suppose to reception the steps are broken. |Can’t talk for the rest but my experience was shambolic.|

Terrace, British Columbia was the starting point for a trip into the Great Bear Rainforest. Because I had never been to Terrace, I decided to book two days prior to, and two days after, my Great Bear adventure. With all the Covid restrictions and concerns, I opted to reserve a room at The Lodge at Skeena Landing. I’m glad I did. It was a much better option for me than staying at a chain motel.||||Both my pre and post rooms were very roomy with a king bed, couch, lounge chair, fireplace, mini fridge, and outdoor patio. Other than venturing out for dinner and breakfast, I relaxed in the room, took in the view of the trees, and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The check-in and check-out were contactless—a key was left in a lock box with combination. ||||One of the best room features is the heated bathroom floor. Stepping out of the shower onto that floor was a delight! ||||The Lodge is a bit off the beaten track, but I enjoy walking, even in the rain, so the location was fine for me. There are two restaurants at the location, but they are not open seven days a week. One serves breakfast and lunch. The other lunch and dinner. There are other excellent options in Terrace, but they are about a 40 minute walk. A taxi is always an option if you don’t have a rental car.
