Great experience staying for 3 nights.
Abdul at the Front Desk went above and beyond helping me with last-minute printing for meetings.
Very clean and comfortable room. Friendly and professional staff.
Great complimentary breakfast selection.
This will be my first choice of accommodation in Terrace.

I recently held a work function at the Best Western, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our night was a success, from being very proactive with booking hotel rooms and the banquet room, to supporting us during our set up and take down. The staff was very attentive throughout the entire event and the lights were an especially cool touch (each light fixture can be changed to a different color, including some effects). Great job, I would highly recommend the Terrace BW

Rooms are clean, and have a nice view, although they look old.
In terms of service. I would rate it a little lower because the "all inclusive breakfast" seems like a foul statement to me. I had one omelette and went to the live station for another one, then chef/server refused me saying we can only do one and you will have to pay for the next one. Upon asking why is that, nobody had any answer.
I have stayed at plenty of hotels and nobody says no another omelette, so that was the first timer. If that is the case, they should have mentioned it on the menu displayed at the entrance of the dining section.
The bar server and the other server at the breakfast buffet were pretty nice. The old lady was pretty rude tho lol

The hotel|Is great value for the money. The rooms are older and could use a refresh. The breakfast looked impressive & the staff were really nice. Everything is within walking distance. We only stayed one night, it was average. Good for business travel.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are great, the beds are comfy. We stayed 4 nights and found it quiet in the area. The breakfast was amazing with a made to order omelette bar as well as other hot entrees and fresh waffles (with strawberries and whipped cream)!

Old building. Wired stale odour when you enter the room for the first time.. The Internet works intermittently. Excellent made to order hot breakfast.

Staff are very helpful and eager to make you happy if you complain about any issues.

The in-house restaurant also offers easy Indian made to order food.

We have had our annual dental conferences here for a couple of years now. The service by the staff there has always been amazing and they go out of their way to make it a great experience. The food service is fantastic and there is always some ready to help with whatever you need
