Angie perfectly matched my own hair colour, and applied just enough to cover most of my greys. Which is exactly what I wanted! She knew just how to cut my wavy/curly hair. Had a wonderful & very sanitary pedicure, in an A+ massage chair!

Amber is a fantastic stylist and extremely personable! I really enjoyed the services she provided!! She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and consistently checked in with me throughout the process. I loved the head massage during the washing! 10/10 experience and will definitely be returning!

First time before covid they kept rescheduling then I decided ti cancel when covid came about and never got to experience my hair laser removal. Again thus time cirnwall location I make an appointment we confirm 3 times I'm 20 minuted away call and they say it's at a different time. I have proof with text and email it was atv11am not 1:15pm plus I was coming from Ottawa because that location got closed down. Her staff was indifferent regarding the situation. I wouldn't recommend, don't trust this venue.

My first meeting with Angela (Angie) at Above and Beyond, was one of the most positive hair salon experiences I have had in an extremely long time. I was motivated to try this salon, after seeing a friend's post of Angie's hair masterpiece 😀 As most women can understand, trusting your hair to a new stylist can be an intimidating process, especially if one has been loyal for decades, to a previous stylist. Angie was incredible and I cannot sing her praises often enough, to anyone and everyone who will listen. She was very attentive to my inquires, but most importantly she HEARD me when it came to my preferences with color and style. She duplicated the photo of the color and highlights, and hair style, flawlessly ! <3 I also appreciated the fact that the staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and clearly worked in harmony with each other. I highly recommend Above and Beyond to anyone looking for an amazing salon experience, whether that be with hair care or any of the many services they offer at the Cornwall location.

Aside from having my appointment changed many times because they didn't have any staff.. I showed up one time and was given attitude saying that my app was cancelled but no one gave me notice - how is that my fault they forgot to contact me? I noticed every time I went the staff was different and always feel flustered. One girl even mentioned how much turnover they have.. I ignored all this because it was cheap and the service was fair. Fast forward to my my last session of Brazilian/Underarms laser removal, the clinic in Ottawa is now closed WITH NO NOTICE to me. I've called the Cornwall clinic twice to see if they will have the decency to honour my last session... No one answers my voicemails or calls. Be weary coming here..
