I had an outstanding experience with ACT Exteriors! From start to finish, Chad and his team handled my roof & siding repairs with professionalism, speed, and incredible attention to detail. They communicated clearly throughout the process, showed up exactly when they said they would, and worked efficiently without ever compromising on quality.

Working with Chad is easy, and he’s an expert at what he does, and his recommendations are top notch.

What really impressed me was how cost-effective the project was compared to other quotes I received — especially considering the excellent materials and workmanship.

ACT were awesome with our roof repair. Seth and Dustin did a great job. They kept us informed though out the two days as to where they were with the fix, and what was going on. Work quality was excellent! They found great solutions to unexpected problems. (Our roof had more water damage than expected, only being revealed after shingles were removed.) They found ways to improve things so that we shouldn't have the same issue in the future, which is highly appreciated. Chad was great to work with (quote, scheduling, ideas, etc.) and followed through on all that he promised. Will definitely call the team at ACT for future work!!!!

Need a roof vent put in for my hood fan Shannon texted me to see if they could come at 8 am I was happy for them coming. Seth came looked where I need the vent but it was too slick on the roof, he informed me that he would come back later when the roof was so slick. Great communication from Seth great work got it done quick once the roof melted. I would definitely use ACT again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for work done on the home.

What I appreciate most about the work A.C.T completed in our house is that it was done efficiently, and any problems that had not been foreseen before the renovation were resolved without difficulty. Vanessa's availability and creativity really helped, and the good communication with the very skilled team made our difficult time of renovation much easier. I am very happy with our renos from ACT! They are easy to work with from the initial consultation to getting the work done. Their workers take pride in their work and it is done well.
