I had the most amazing HydraFacial experience at Ageless Living! Avnit and Yvonne, the medical aestheticians, were so kind, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel relaxing and personalized. My skin felt instantly refreshed, glowing, and super hydrated. Shelley, the clinic manager, was so warm and welcoming she really sets the tone for the whole experience. The team at Ageless Living goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is not a recommended clinic for complex hormone cases. The appointments are too short, they don’t believe in using tried and tested methods to track progress and force a certain type of test as the only monitoring methodology which is $550 plus dollars every time you want to assess where you are at. Made me feel bad for questioning their methodology and for needing adequate time to discuss complex situations in your appointment time thar is way too short and not often enough. None of this was explained as the protocol and process at the outset. What is the point of paying an annual fee for private care if it’s poorly communicated and feels like any publicly funded system and process. Hugely disappointing and frustrating. They should have an intake session and assess whether or not they can handle a person’s situation.

In response to your response: You have disclosed personal information about me in your response which is unethical and unacceptable. You were fully aware of my history when you took me on. Also, I did not name who I was receving services form in my review to preserve confidentiality of your practitioners.
Furthermore, my one year contract is expiring next week. you did not notify me and were calling me to scheduel the next appointment? The things that worked from the treatments were in part from your practioner and very much because I asked to try certain treatments which was supported. Do better on upfront communications, who you take on as paying clients and on your google responses.

I’ve seen Avnit for IPL, micro-needling & for a dermaplane facial and I highly recommend seeing her! Avnit is very knowledgeable; she takes her time and she always makes me feel comfortable by answering all of my questions. There’s never any pressure sales like some other medi-spa clinics. My mom had her very first Derma Peel with Avnit, the Ageless Living's Medical Aesthetician, and I cannot further express my gratitude towards AVNIT for such an amazing experience!!

She was incredibly kind, showed compassion and empathy when my mom emotionally expressed how her struggle with melasma/hyperpigmentation negatively impacted her life and made her insecure to step foot outside the house, and most importantly was informative and educated her on what melasma is, when it can happen, what to avoid and do, and best skin care to reduce and minimize the appearance of melasma!!

Avnit also went out of her way to explain this in my mother's native language to ensure she understood exactly what to do post-treatment. Avnit was empathetic and shared her experience with acne and made my mom feel as if she wasn't alone in this skincare journey, and we are so excited to continue to pursue our Derma Peel's with her!!

It is SO DIFFICULT to find professionals in skin care who are genuinely compassionate about helping people, since most are focused upon only "making money". But.. after my mom's experience with her and her expertise in her line of work, we will ALWAYS visit Avnit for all of our skin care needs.

Thanks to Avnit, we purchased the Vivier skin care package from the clinic to help combat my mom's melasma, one of the top skin care product lines out there!

All the staff at Ageless Living is very friendly and welcoming. I’ve had a wonderful experience working with Avnit over the last few weeks. She is very knowledgeable in her work and caring towards her clients. She is very meticulous with her work, she gave me a full skin assessment and tailored a treatment plan and skincare regimen accordingly. What a phenomenal team of professionals they have assembled @ ageless clinic Langley!

Their receptionist, Devon, is well organized and delightful to talk to, happily answering my endless questions!

Avnit, who is providing me with exosome hair treatments, is clearly passionate about her work, and also very knowledgeable!

To optimize my hormones, I'm also seeing Dr Lim. He has provided me with many options, while also being open and receptive to my ideas. Great doctors like him are hard to come by!

I'm thrilled to have found this clinic, and am now enjoying a renewed excitement for what the future has in store!
