My partner and I had a really wonderful experience at Aika spa with Tristan as our guide. He welcomed us in with an orientation and a guided meditation and then left us to enjoy the sauna, cold plunge, real fire and beautiful forest in tranquility. The wood burning sauna was super high-end and got nice and hot, though we sweat less than in an infrared. We loved how private and quiet it was, with just birdsong and the beautiful forest to take in around us. We left feeling so serene and connected. Thanks again for such a special experience Tristan!

A truly transformative experience, we left as new people.

From the moment we arrived at AIKA, we felt held. Everything about the place helped us slow down and switch off. The forest setting is breath-taking, you can literally feel the stress fall away as you walk in.

The cedar wall is such a beautiful touch. It creates this real sense of stepping away from the noise of life and into something more grounded. Tristan made us feel so at ease, like we had full permission to just focus on ourselves and let go. We went through the full AIKA cycle multiple times and floated out of there completely rejuvenated, new converts to cold plunging, and already dreaming about our return.

It’s amazing value for the quality of the space, the care, and the experience. If you’re looking for something to reset and recharge, this is it. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you again, AIKA.

What a wonderful way to spend the afternoon. Tucked into the forest, way out of town, away from every day distractions, you can relax, unwind and connect with nature. All while enjoying the simple pleasures of the AIKA cycle. If you need a reset this is the place for you

This is a truly unique experience offered in a remote location - very ideal if you’re looking for a genuine connection to nature. Our host Tristan was great to be around and was able to share his knowledge on all of the benefits offered by their spa experiences. We will definitely be back!

AIKA is a haven. We booked this as a group for a friend's birthday. We couldn't have asked for more. The host and owner Tristan has created a special place you would be lucky to experience. He is carefully attentive, warm, welcoming and curious in all the right ways - creating a community atmosphere that is much needed in todays day in age. Highly recommend. 12/10
