My wife had a great experience along with her friend from Lloydminister getting manicures and pedicures. The girls really enjoyed the whole process.
Indira did a wonderful job on my wife's nails. they were both pampered by the staff. They will both be back for another treatment when ready.

Not happy with my experience today, I booked online for an appointment today at 12:15. At 12 they notified me that there was no rooms for my appointment and they could reschedule for 1:15pm I let them no that was not option as I was on my lunch break already to come to my first appointment I was given no other options and the front desk lady just looked at me. When I asked why I was not called earlier and I didn't even receive an apology just a "my bad". I have always gone for my massages here because it professional, clean and well ran. After this experience I will not be returning, the unprofessional service was beyond the expectational service they normally provide.

What a treat! Had a massage by a student (Whitney). She was super focused, effective, didn’t blab the whole time, didn’t even say a word but I felt like jelly afterwards. I’ve had a million massages before and she ranks up there with the best of them. For 50$ Book her if you can. (Don’t be a dweeb and tip her)

I went for a pedicure and had such a great, relaxing experience! Aliya was warm, welcoming and easy to talk to. She did an awesome job on my feet, I loved the colour and the polish has held so well!! Will be booking with her again.

I went there tonight to have spoiled night with a massage followed by a pedicure.
The massage was more than excellent, and thanks to the lady for beeing so amazing. During my massage I was even telling myself that I should come back before leaving back to Calgary.

Otherwise, the pedicure is a CATASTROPHE! There is some kind of "balls" more specificaly on the thumbs and even before I got back to my hotel the colour/gel has started to pilled.
Very disappointed and really don't recommend doing a pedicure in this location! Save yourself some money, if you do it yourself it will look better!

Was feeling amazing after my massage and now just feel the completely opposite and very frustrated, thank you!

PLEASE BE AWARE IF PURCHASING ANY GIFT CARDS OR GIFT CERTIFICATES AS THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY, KELSEY YULE, DOES NOT HONOUR THEM SO YOU MAY LOSE YOUR $$.

I have been trying to reach the owner, Kelsey Yule, regarding the balance of my gift certificate at One Beauty Academy in Lethbridge, AB. I was advised by the school that she sold this business, and the new owner does not have to honour my gift certificate balance of $1,620.90 given to me by Kelsey Yule (with no expiry date). Legally, it is up to the previous owner to refund the balance owing. I have since confirmed this with the Alberta Ombudsman.

I have tried calling & emailing her for 3 months, even posting on her Instagram account but she is completely ignoring me. She obviously does not want to honour what she owes me. My next step is getting a lawyer involved to chase her down. If she was a businesswoman of integrity, she would refund what she owes but unfortunately this proves she is not.

I want to let people know to be careful when dealing with her. I am a low income senior & desperately need this money and I have advised her of this so it shows me where her priorities are. She cares more about money than a fellow human being. Please be careful and don’t trust her with your money.

Felt very rushed for my services. Very overpriced for everything. Massage was mediocre at best, can’t claim under my benefits? Is it because the “massage therapist” doesn’t actually know what she was doing and is not licensed. Felt like I just got a light rub. Don’t think I’ll be back. Thank you.

They tried to accommodate our time constraints but ultimately sacrificed the service. We requested 2 appointments online and they couldn't book us for the time we requested but they gave us an alternative time and we accepted. Not knowing it would be a shorter appointment and we didn't not recieve the full serviced we paid for. Also, both manicures didn't even last 2 days and the nail polish was peeling off.
