Service was lacking, a little bit.
The staff sat us and brought our food/drinks. No follow up, to see how we were doing or if we needed anything else.

Other than that, the food was delicious. Fairly fast and great quality.

The food was really good and we had best customer service ever from one of their servers named Shreya🥰 . She was very friendly and attentive . We were really impressed by her knowledge about food and drinks💕 she made sure we had best dinner experience at alpenhorn❤️ I really appreciate the server’s positive attitude and helpfulness 🤩

I'm really happy we stopped in. Staff was friendly, quick to get seated, and got drinks. Food was a bit of a wait but not overly long. We had the beef dip and cod tacos. 2 thumbs up. I'm happy they had some non alcoholic beer options, too. We'll definitely come back. Menu had lots of great choices. It's a bit dark, and the menu print is pretty small. If you're getting older and finding the small print hard to read, make sure you bring your readers 😉

First time here. I had the a classic burger with their spicy nacho soup. My husband had the beef dunk with onion rings. My burger was good. Pretty standard as burgers go. The soup was a surprise. I would say it was medium spicy and definitely not for those who can't tolerate anything above a mild spice. It was very flavourful although i would probably eat it last so it doesn't stunt your taste buds! Lol. The service was a little slow especially coming out of the kitchen as there very few patrons. Overall it is worth the price but be prepared to wait.

Ordered their Trademark burger and Calamari salad. Loved the food! For dessert we ordered their chocolate cake, 100% recommend to try this one! Thanks for serving us Michelle and the chef Shlok 🙂

Used to go here all the time and the food was Awesome. Owners are gone now and there food sucks. We tried it one more time and there burgers are not up to PAR. Might go there for some drinks ( no not smithers brewing) but other fine beer they have. As you look down all 570 plus revies NOT A SINGLE REPLY FROM THE OWNER
