What a weird and horrible experience, and I never even made it through the doors.

I called to make a nail appointment at a nail salon, and the gentleman who answered the phone should never answer any phone to any business ever.

He breathes heavily, said hi after I asked if I was calling a nail salon, and then he refused to provide me any services was very rude to me and then told me to go to another salon.

I will save everybody’s time and tell you guys to not even bother going here. Just go to a different salon because that’s what their employee told me.

I was just shocked when I phone and found out how much a shellac pedicure was because of the ratings this place already has.. $65 for a basic shellac pedicure when there is a 5 star place charging 55!

As friendly as the couple who own this place are they are unfortunately not great at what they do. I’m 38 weeks pregnant and brought my partner for us to get pedicures before baby arrives. We were not even there for an hour and we’re charged $99 for the both of us. I left with calluses still on my heals no attention paid to dead skin around my toe nails, and basically paid $99 for my boyfriend to have softer feet and my nails to be painted. The hot towel was about 2 minutes, minimal massage and now even noticing once I’m home and able to get a better look, polish around my toenail as well.

I set a same day appt for nails because my mom was flying the next day. They were able to get me in for my mom. Since my mom does not speak English... I was going to translate but once I was there I was kicked out because they don't allow kids there. So i had to cancel on the spot. I felt sorry for doing that because they are really good at doing nails. But I was not leaving my kid in the car to be there.

I was disappointed with my pedicure as it was more of a toenail cleanup and polishing. I asked for the big toenails to be cut shorter and they weren’t. I also mentioned my in-grown toenail and it was not treated properly. There was very minimal callous removal and a very brief hot towel. Total time was 20 minutes and was charged $40.

Good points…clean facility and very friendly to people afraid of Covid with plastic shields in place and covers on everything.

I thought it was okay till I called to get my one nail fixed 81$ and they can’t even speak on the phone to fix a nail just hung up. Sad.

First time customer today. We laughed, joked, and Lee was super knowledgeable and made my hands and nails look fantastic. I will definitely be a returning customer and will spread the word about this fantastic little Shop that is owned by him and his wife. These two really low their stuff!!!

Always get great service! My pedicures are thorough, nail trims and polish are very professional. The owners are friendly and prices are perfect!
