Traitement pour le corps exécuté par un homme qui avait aucune idée de ce qu’il faisait, vraiment désagréable, Le massothérapeute a des problèmes de santé on dirait qu’ il va succomber à tout moment. Seule point positif c’est la merveilleuse esthéticienne.

I decided to treat myself to the most expensive massage I've ever gotten for Christmas. This spa can't charge these prices for the services it gives and amenities! First of all, I booked a service using their online system weeks before arriving, and they didn't have my reservation. They were able to squeeze me, but i had to wait 15 min to book my service because the receptionist decided to give attention to French speaking people. I've been instructed to come 10 min prior to my service and got started 10 min later, waiting for 20 minutes! The therapist decided to finish 10 min earlier!! Not only I've paid 400 Canadian dollars for a 70 min massage, and that's before tips, which i did leave anyway, simply because I'm nice. After I told the therapist what to focus on and what pressure, she barely applied any pressure and was falling asleep during the service!! I told her that I was cold, but nothing was done. The rooms are blowing cold air, and the massage table didn't have any heat or heated pad, and was hard. She didn't ask or adjust my head rest(likely I did it myself), there was no head pillow or a towel to cover the eyes, no use of warm towels as this price level. This was one of the worst and the most expensive massages I've gotten, and I've gotten many.
There are just a couple of rooms that can hardly be called an SPA. There are no other amenities here, like restrooms, showers, or steam rooms, etc
At the end of my service, I wasn't offered any water, as you usually get. Upon checking out, I ran into a difficulty explaining that I wanted to see separate charges and took another 10-15min. I was really hoping to enjoy my time, instead I was cold and fully disappointed.
Lesson learned, I'll be going for massage to my therapist and will leave hotel spas be.
My advice is, if you have some level of expectations, it's best to inquire about the facility or not go at all.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Amerispa at the Westin Mount Tremblant three days in a row, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and relaxation.

A special thank you to Sylvie, who was instrumental in organizing my treatments across the three days. She made the booking process seamless and took the time to ensure every detail was perfect. Her attention to my comfort and overall experience was unmatched.

Another highlight of my visit was Zeinab, my massage and facial therapist. She has an incredible ability to understand her clients’ needs and recommended treatments that I truly benefited from. Her advice on how to maintain and care for my skin at home was invaluable, and her expertise made every session relaxing and rejuvenating.

The entire experience at Amerispa was truly one of a kind. The combination of Sylvie’s meticulous care and Zeinab’s skillful treatments made this a spa experience I will always remember. I’m already looking forward to returning next winter to once again enjoy their exceptional service. Thank you!

I had a terrible experience with this spa and 3 weeks later, we are still being ignored by them and the management team.

I arrived for my appointment 15 mins early as directed by the confirmation email I received, to find out they didn’t not have any record of my appointment and would not be able to provide the service as no one was available. The receptionist was rude and unapologetic, which was very off putting and not the type of spa experience I am looking for.

My boyfriend later went to discuss the lost appointment issue, as he thoughtfully purchased and booked this as my Christmas present. Prior to our trip, he spoke with the spa multiple times to confirm the appointment, as we were only in Mont Tremblant for 2 nights.

During his convo with the receptionist he was told that the manager said she was the one that made our appt and messed up and needed to reschedule it, yet neither of us receive one phone call or email with an attempt to reschedule.

Eventually after engaging the Le Westin staff to assist, the spa offered an alternative appointment time. The damage had been done by this point and since we already had a full day of activities scheduled, I declined to cancel our other plans. It was clear to me customer service is not a priority for this spa so why waste my time on a sub par experience.

We requested a refund since the mix up was fully the fault of the manager (as she admitted) and they declined stating that the packaged purchased is nonrefundable. Unfortunately we don’t live in Quebec and don’t visit often enough to be able to utilize a credit. Also, why in the world would I ever want a massage or any service from this spa when the customer service is so very poor.
