This is an update to respond to the owners comment. I’m not sure why you think my name is ‘Nick’, I am not.

My comments are justified as I am a husband of someone who has purchased equipment from your company multiple times. The sales rep treated my wife like she was the issue, constantly talking down to her like my wife was the problem. In the end my wife paid more for a two door freezer than a three door due to your “very hidden fees”.

Terrible communication within the front office and terrible sales reps.

Delivery drivers were great though

But as first year couples time not working good
And second year still many times problem
It’s 7 years warranty
Now we just use 2 years
Then cancel our warranty
we ask repair ,but nobody come
We going tell 2000 varsity store owner about this issue.
Suggest be careful with this company!!!

Their delivery driver caused damage to the fridge door during the delivery process, and when I brought it to their attention, they refused to take any responsibility. I expected better customer service and accountability from a company that markets itself as professional.

I bought 3 ( 3 door freezer ) and 1 3 door cooler from these guys and it’s always complaint and when I talk to the sales representative ( bianca) I didn’t get a good response from her . When you buy the items they will treat you good but when you call for service they don’t even care . So I don’t recommend ancastor equipment anymore and it’s a worse experience and big money loss for me

We recently purchased two Ancaster branded 3 door coolers for our stores, the service and prices couldn't have been better! The coolers are top notch and the delivery was quick and painless. Would order from again over some of the larger brands like Igloo

Dealing with Ancaster is always a great experience. The whole team is truly amazing, but Tasha is my favourite. She is super hands-on, very knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond for her customers, and, even when things go south, which is inevitable in this industry, she remains composed and works with you to find the best solution. Working with the whole team is fun, I love their attitude!
