I went to this nail salon for a few months while I was staying for my year abroad and the experience was absolutely amazing! Sinda always did my nails and they were impeccable each time. One time I also had to cancel and reschedule an appointment, and they treated the situation quickly and professionally. I loved this place, and if I’ll come back to Duncan in the future, I’ll absolutely swing by again!

Awful experience over the last couple of months. Every time I went there, I hoped they wouldn’t ruin my nails—but I was always disappointed. I will never go back again. I had been a regular customer for over a year and was very satisfied when Nancy was working there. After she left, I started seeing a new technician, and the experience has been terrible. They were rushing through the appointments just to take more customers. My nails peeled off shortly after, and that was the last straw. I’m done with this place.

I was very unhappy. I went on Saturday with the recommendation of my daughter-in-law, and when I sat down the spring in the chair broke.. I’m a sm/med person.. then she soaked my feet in cold water. I asked for the water to be warmer. Then she started filing my nails with a used nail file that had been previously used with somebody else !! and I asked her if she was going to cut my toenails and she asked me “do you want your toenails cut?” She brought me the wrong nail polish colour two times and I was so fed up. I ended up saying I was done before my pedicure was finished. She hadn’t even got to the part where she massaged my legs or anything, and I asked for her to file the sides of my toes and they were gonna charge me $10 extra!! FYI, my feet are in very good condition. I just thought it would be nice to get a pedicure before I went to the beach.
She still charged me $48 and barely did anything to my feet. I was very upset and very unhappy with the service I would not recommend them and the Manager was chirping me as I walked out the door. Very unprofessional and also not this new fancy place that they advertise that they are…
I’m going to try and fix my toes tonight when I get a chance they all need to be filed properly and I’m just very disappointed Would not recommend at all

I just moved to Duncan and am going on vacation so I needed a last minute nail appointment, Ann was able to get me in same day last minute, she did my acrylic nails and her husband did my toes. All the staff were lovely and very funny, it was a nice atmosphere. They did a wonderful job with my nails I’ll be happy to come back and make this my regular nail salon!

My acrylic nails are done so beautifully by Jenny! I used to be a nail tech, so I'm very picky, and Jenny does such a wonderful job. I definitly recommend her and the shop as the girls are so positive and very nice!

Tila and Nai are incredible. They do an excellent job every time and are so sweet and charismatic in the process.

Tila is so precise and careful yet still catering to my needs and answering all my little questions. I recommend Andola Nail Spa to every person that complements my nails (and even if they don’t complement let’s be honest.)
