A hidden gem! Even as an infrequent customer, whenever I pop in, I am greeted as a friend, often, even by name. Recently I found myself over extended in prep for a family event and thought I would see about getting a last minute meal prepared; we had had meals for work meetings before and always had our expectations met. Lori was incredibly accommodating and provided plenty of (super tasty!) food at a price I feel was more than fair. Thank you, Lori, for fantastic service and amazing food!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the atmosphere at your establishment. While I have enjoyed visiting your shop in the past, I was disturbed by the plain white wall that is displayed in the main seating area.

The plain white colour of the wall is jarring to me, and it makes me feel uneasy and uncomfortable. I understand that some people may not be bothered by this, but for me, the plain white wall is too sterile and does not fit with the overall atmosphere of a coffee shop.

I hope that you will consider adding some color or decorations to the wall, or relocating it to a different area of the shop. I would be happy to discuss this further with you, if you would like.

Excellent and friendly service! It's a pretty nice spot with the big windows, fireplace and live music. Love the options on the menu and the fact that there is other events happening in the building along with the city's library. Need to visit!

Usually I have no issues with the cafe or the library etc, I brought my niece to the cafe To utilize the public internet so she could download her homework assignments. and we sat in the hallway away from any customers, I walked to the post office and the convenience store right across the street while my niece stayed to get her assignments from her teacher. When I got back I had a slurpee to cool us down, which they proceeded to tell me we couldn’t have public drinks; I said okay no problem and went to the bathroom for 2 min to dump it and they told my 12 year old niece we had to leave Because they aren’t suppose to be open anyways, meanwhile theirs open signs out front and back and 5 elderly people sitting in the cafe itself and Then they watched and waited until we left!!! On top of that they told other employees we had been sitting there for hours!!! We arrived at 1:40 pm got kicked out at 2:45 pm!!! I am floored!
