Had such a fun time here, if you’re looking for a fun indoor activity this is definitely a go to. I wasn’t the best when it came down to the actual game but I’ll be coming back to claim that number one spot 🧏🏾‍♀️

My friends and I had the pleasure of visiting this spot and we had such a swell time! It was very fun, competitive and also an amazing bonding experience. We couldn’t stop talking about how fun it was when we had finished. Would definitely be back with more friends to play more games!

We were here on Easter Sunday, booked for 4pm for 4people for one hour of VR gaming but reached at 4:10pm. The waiver and explanation of rules and setting up of the headsets etc took 20mins. Started playing at 4:30pm. Shooting the zombies was a fun experience but felt too short time, as time ended at 5:05pm.
$35 per person plus taxes was not worth the 30-35mins of play time. Also they had only 5 games to choose from. The place was empty when we left but the representative couldn’t give us the full hour as promised before booking. (We were 10mins late but the place was completely empty)Also the representative was not aware that we had done a booking for 4pm and wasted our paid time by trying to make a call to another person to confirm the details of our booking.
Next time we will try other places like Reality Drop where the price is $30 including taxes and has many more games to choose from and a bigger venue.
The VR experience was fun and very enjoyable but it’s a small place (can accommodate only 2 groups at a time) and they refuse to give you a refund if you try to cancel.
Customer service could be improved by clearly communicating with customers that the game experience will not be one full hour as promised; as there is 20mins for rules, waiver and headset calibration etc. Also if you book on phone through one representative then he should inform other person working about the booking, so the customer is not kept waiting.

the guys working there were so patient and sweet, they explained everything in great detail- they also took videos of my party and I playing which we really appreciated! the games were fun and we all had a good time!
