I am not one to write reviews good or bad. I gave the owner/manager the opportunity to call me and discuss but he hasn’t.

Yesterday my wife was treated so poorly at this place of business that she called me from the car unable to drive home due to her crying and having an anxiety attack.

The woman they have working the front needs to learn some professionalism and etiquette.

She yelled at my wife continuously and argued with her insistently even though she was wrong.

We ordered 3 parts. We called ahead with the sku numbers and a couple days later received a text that our spa pack was ready to be picked up. My wife called right away to confirm that we didn’t order a spa pack that we ordered a heater, an over lay and the cord for the heater. The person on the phone said yes that’s what we have here for you. So my wife drove from out of town to go pick it up. When she arrived they handed her a large box and she asked to open it to make sure it was the right parts. It ended up being a whole spa pack which is not what we ordered. My wife tried to explain to the woman at the front that we only ordered the heater and the women kept raising her voice saying this is the heater. My wife asked her to stop yelling and said she was being rude. She eventually stormed off saying I’m not dealing with you and got someone else.

The man my wife dealt with was very kind and he was able to figure out that the wrong item was order. And we understand mistakes happen. But when my wife told the man the woman was yelling at her his response was “well everyone has a bad day”

Unacceptable.

I was on the phone with my wife through a lot of this and I heard the women raising her voice and talking down to my wife and arguing with her. There was no reason for any of this.

I do not recommend dealing with this company. Not because of the mistake but because of how poorly they treat their customers.

As a first time pool owner, Aqua Pools have really been super helpful whenever I have questions. Their technician Matt is an absolute pleasure to deal with and is extremely knowledgeable & helpful with anything pool related. Anytime I've had him to my property, he continues to educate me and help me understand my system better. Also, Mark has been very helpful at the store and finds solutions when options are bleak. I honestly don't know what it'd do without them, would strongly recommend!!

Very happy with the straightforward and quick service to have my pool liner replaced. Dealing with Mark was easy, he explained things well and was a great guy. Something you worry about as a single female dealing with service issues; not condescending.

We are so happy with our pool repair and liner replacement.We had our liner replaced by another company the year prior and within ten months the liner gave way and poured all over our property. I am confident it has been done right this time. We have thoroughly enjoyed the pool this season. Thank you

I would like to highly recommend Mark and crew at Aqua Pools as they supported an issue with a pool liner that was installed after a year. They tried several times to resolve the issue with no luck. They replaced the liner with a new one with excellent results and on time as promised. We have been dealing with Mark for 20 plus years and we have received nothing but 100% satisfaction. I have been a regular customer of Aqua Pools for about 25 years for pool openings and closings. I had them replace my pool liner which I had for about 22 years. I never had a wrinkle with the original pool liner. It was replaced at the end of the 2020 season. The first season (2021) was fine. In 2022 wrinkles began appearing on the liner and more wrinkles appeared as the season progressed. I contacted them and they were not going to do anything about it. I found out that I am not the only one who has had wrinkles in their liner from Aqua Pools.

We had an issue with our liner for the last 2 seasons (20-21). After asking the original seller to please come have a look and it not being addressed at all, we had booked our opening with Aqua as early as possible so they could have a look. They showed up on time and assessed what the problem was. Unfortunately, we need to replace our 3yr old liner. Not an expense we had counted on this year, but necessary. Rebecca, Mark, Kyle, Brad and the rest of your team, (sorry I forget names) thank you so much! You guys were awesome!

The folks at Aqua Pools are fantastic! Mark is extremely knowledgeable and his experience helped me to tear down and move a very old existing pool at the house I purchased. The construction materials, liner, and all associated parts were the cheapest (for the same/equal parts) around. My pool is installed better now then when it was disassembled before moving.

Highly recommend this company!
