I love everything about this place - the warmth of the staff, the cleanliness, vibes and fresh warm towels. It is cozy and we felt wonderful after an hour of treating ourselves to sauna and cold plunges. We ended our treat with a lovely cup of organic peppermint tea.

There is a small changing room, bins to put your personal belongings, a coat hanger, large washroom, and a shower. They clean up after every use and make the place look and feel so welcoming and lovely for their guests. I loved everything about it.

Free 2-hr parking at the rear or the building and also on the main street.

Will start adding this to my regular self-care ritual 💜

i had a phenomenal experience here. the sauna and cold plunge is a great way to start the day and recharge. complimentary tea and water is nice as well. the space is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. this spot is perfect for date night, girls night or a solo time.

If you're over the chaos of crowded gym saunas and want something more personal and relaxing, Arctic Heat is the place to go. With a max of three guests at a time, you get all the benefits of a high-end wellness retreat without the crowds or the price tag. The space is minimal but stylish, with thoughtful touches and beautiful decor that make the whole experience feel amazing.

Right when I arrived, Madison greeted me with complimentary coffee and tea, a towel, and a brief tour. There is a bathroom, change room, shower, and everyone gets their own cold plunge, no waiting, no sharing. Hygiene was one of my first questions, and Madison let me know that each cold plunge is completely purged and refilled with fresh water between every session, so you're always stepping into crystal-clear, clean water. The baths are usually around 6°C, but if you want it colder, you can ask for buckets of ice to be added. I was told one ice bucket drops the temp by about 1°C, so I asked for two and did four minutes in the plunge (following the "minute-per-degree" rule). There are timers conveniently placed right next to the baths, making it easy to track how long you have been in the tub.

The sauna is great and was preset and preheated to 75°C. You also have the option to pour water on the rocks to make it extra nice and toasty inside. There was one other guest when I visited, and with a max of three patrons at a time, it was very private.

If you love saunas, cold plunges, and a private, relaxing atmosphere, you need to check out Arctic Heat. ⭐ I highly recommend!

We have been here a few times and have loved it each time. This space is so beautiful. They have done an amazing job with decorating and the small touches. You can do the cold plunge tubs as is or add as much ice as you desire. The sauna has been upgraded to a larger model and is very relaxing to warm up after each cold plunge. This space is extremely clean and a very relaxing comfortable setting. Highly recommend checking this out if you haven’t been. You will not be disappointed!

Everytime I come here for a session I leave feeling so refreshed. My body is able to have a moment to just be still, my mind is present in the moment, and I can recharge. The team is wonderful, the facility is clean and has a beautiful atmosphere. I highly recommend this place. This is such a great pick me up activity. I always feel so good after. I love that there is limited capacity when you book so that it almost feels private and I can enjoy the experience without much distraction. It's always so clean and the service is really great. I hope they open a few more locations!

It is clean, Casper was very friendly and very helpful for our time there. We got a nice warm towel at the end. My friend forgot her phone and Casper was kind enough to drop off the phone to us in Fort Langley. Highly recommend Arctic heat retreat!!

My favourite place to come relax ! My brother boyfriend and I love coming here, it’s always extremely clean, staff is always super friendly and helpful !

Absolutely love the little details such as the heated towel at the end, essential oils for in the sauna, electrolytes (or tea/freshly made coffee!) to keep you hydrated and the fact that everyone gets their own tubs for the cold plunge feels so clean
