The staff from installation of our hot tub to the after-service has been simply AWESOME! We have the Marquis Spa installed a few years ago and I frequent this location to pick up chemicals, sponges etc.; the people are friendly and always helpful.

Arctic Spas Durham staff were very professional and helpful from start to finish. Everyone I encountered explained things clearly and made me feel valued as a customer. Responses to my emails were swift. There was always an actual person to answer the phones without waiting. Very competitive rates. Haley, the technician, was beyond excellent- a friendly, knowledgeable diagnostician & skillful technician. It took Haley no time to fix the heater on my hot tub. Haley also gave me extra tips about other proactive measures to protect my hot tub. Great customer service from start to finish. I had to wait several weeks for the appointment in mid-town Toronto but it was totally worth it. Arctic Hot Tubs is my go-to hot tub company. Thank you Arctic Hot Tubs Durham!!!

My Arctic Spa just had it's 20th birthday! In retrospect it's been one of the best investments I've made in mine and my family's health. However my experience hasn't always been a bed of roses. Like any other piece of machinery it needs scheduled maintenance and things still go occassionally wrong. While I consider myself a DIY type person, hot tubs can be complicated. For years now I've relied on Matt Buchanan, Service Manager at the Arctic Hot Tubs Outlet for help in diagnosing issues, providing solutions and advice, and having parts on hand when I need them. If it wasn't for Matt, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have my spa today, especially in the great condition it's in after 20 years of constant service.

I purchased my hot tub in 2020 from the Whitby location and it was delivered on Oct 30th 2020. I was a very satisfied and loyal customer (purchasing all my chemicals and accessories at the whitby location, etc.) Unfortunately, last month I had to replace a pump and spa pack/heater which cost me $2,100 (parts and labour). Their was no warranty coverage as it had expired only 4 months ago.

I am extremely disappointed that I had two significant repair issues with my hot tub when it is only 3 years and 4 months old. When I called Artic hot tub service staff I asked to speak with the manager but she was busy. I asked if she could give me a call, but I did not receive a call back. I followed up again several days later and left a message for her to call me, but she did not return my call. Instead, a staff person returned my call. I am very disappointed that Artic management would not speak to me in regards to two significant repairs when the warranty had only recently expired and the tub is less than 3 1/2 years old. So much for customer loyalty and supporting local businesses.

The support and service from Arctic Spa Ajax has been fantastic! 2020 I purchased Arctic Spa Ocean SDS and it’s been an incredible swim spa.

I’ve had to make a few calls for service & support and the Ajax team has gone above and beyond to look after my concerns.
I particularly love the communications and the friendly techs that have come out to complete the service.

There’s no doubt that Arctic Spa knows how to build a great product and have proven to me they stand behind that name with the best service and support!

My Arctic Spa tub is an older model and as such has required some work to keep it running smoothly and looking its best. I have bought replacement jets, spa packs, chemicals and recently a new cover from this store. The people in this location are knowledgeable and friendly. Candace answered all my questions quickly, and provided me with some great advice. I would recommend them to anyone considering a new tub or fixing an existing tub.

I had to replace a pump+motor , control board and heater. The technical service manager was a huge aid for me. He filled me in with knowledge that I would have found out the hard way had he not shared it with me. Highly recommend this service centre.
