Hôtel qui mériterait un rafraîchissement mais il reste confortable et propre. Pas de fioritures. L'essentiel est là. un tarif raisonnable dans une ville qui est chère. Le personnel est très aimable et prêt à vous aider. Un peu loin du centre ville mais il y a des solutions avec le bus. Des solutions de restauration sur place.

I was a little hesitant to stayed in this hotel after some bad reviews that I had previously seen. Decided to go ahead with the stay and I don't have any complaints. Sure, the hotel is old but for the price, the free parking and their pet friendly rate is the least i could ask. Stay there for 4 nights and since we got there it was an amazing experience. The staff was always super nice both reception and housekeeping. Our room was pretty big (got the king size) and everything was super clean. For the price and the location is amazing, It is surrounded by two restaurants that were recommended but were close due to the holidays but if you stay there please check Sushi Aroma And Luna.

Great Value for the Price

Honestly, the room is a bit old, but you can’t beat the price! Everything is straightforward—nothing fancy—but you get a clean and safe room, which is all you really need. Oh! Btw! They even include a micro wave in the room!

What really stands out is the service. The reception staff are incredibly nice, patient, and always greet you with a smile. They’re easygoing and genuinely willing to help, which makes the stay even more pleasant.

Overall, great value for budget-conscious travelers!

We were in town for a concert at the jubilee and this was a fantastic place to stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Lots of reviews mention that it’s outdated, but I really liked the fact that our room was functional rather than adhering to the modern aesthetic of useless, uncomfortable design. We had a table with chairs that were meant for a table of that height, a comfortable couch and coffee table, enough space to set out bags, clean, comfortable beds with lots of pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was easy to get to as someone who hates driving in Edmonton. I’d forgotten that breakfast was included, but honestly, for not having an actual kitchen, the breakfast options that were offered were vastly preferable to a lot of the chain hotels with restaurants attached. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m going to an event in Edmonton, and will strongly consider it over the places in Nisku when I’m stopping for the night while going around Edmonton.

Hotel review

SPACIOUS rooms. Huge. Had a sink, stove, plates, pots, mini fridge and microwave + coffee maker. Couch was big and comfortable. Beds clean and comfy. Good breakfast (muffins, waffles, yogurt, boiled eggs, banana, orange, toast (and condiments), cereal, coffee, tea, juice)

Unfortunately I am allergic to dust. Within the first few hours I developed a headache, itchiness and then through the night nasal congestion then drainage. If I wasn’t allergic to dust I’d stay here again with no issues. Popped 2 allergy meds/day and that did the trick. The other guest I was with had no issues at all.

Staff are very friendly, a few food shops attached to the same building. Parking has hookups for a block heater.

Location is good

Room is not cleaned. Bedsheet and pillow had hair and stains. Staff changed it after requested but they emphasize that the room was cleaned but has no answer why beddings are dirty.
Room is dark except washroom, you can't do any work with that lightening.
Breakfast was average, frozen waffles and low quality bread and muffins
Only whitener for coffee available in the room, no milk or cream. Therefore, I wanted to buy a coffee from The convenience shop attached to the hotel and but that place offer only coffee, no cream or milk. The first place who doesn't offer milk/ cream with coffee.
One of staff members wasn't pleasant at the time of check in but others are nice.
Not recommended.
