I was back at ArtMed today after a long time of being away. I was quickly reminded of the high-quality client care that is always provided by ArtMed staff. Pam’s experience and expertise helped me decide which treatment options were best for me. Sarah always puts me at ease and very thoroughly discusses our plan ahead of my treatment to ensure that I would receive the best possible result. Dr. Peirson also came to speak with me directly as part of my intake and medical review and took the time to answer my questions and discuss the benefits and risks of several other treatment options. The receptions and staff are always so welcoming and helpful. I had a whole team at my service and their expertise and knowledge made me feel very confident and at ease with the care that I was receiving and I would recommend ArtMed to anyone who may be hesitant about medical aesthetics. The staff at ArtMed will expertly help you decide what is best for you and ensure you are happy with your results!

Lovely clinic. Clean and organized. Nurse Sarah is a very skilled and knowledgeable injector. She is the first injector I've returned to see because my experience was so great and it felt like Sarah really listened to and addressed my concerns. Highly recommend !

I am not one to be at a loss for words... but I am having trouble trying to find the right ones to express how incredible Nurse Sarah is. I have been getting Botox for over 10 years and never questioned who put what into my face as long as it was frozen. After noticing my face becoming more unbalanced and wrinkled, I came across Art Med and all the great reviews about Sarah and booked her as soon as I could. And wow. What a shock to the system it was to be met with a nurse who takes the time to understand your concerns, learn about your history, study your face and recommend what is truly right for you. No ulterior motives, no trying to upsell. Just a genuine medical professional who actually cares so much about what she does. Turns out I was getting overfilled... yet even with her recommended treatment (almost half of what I was used to getting) she removed all of my lines and completely fixed my facial balancing while still looking natural. Nurse Sarah if you are reading this I am a LIFER and thank you for all that you do!

I had an amazing experience at ArtMed in Guelph for my PRP treatment. The staff were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. I really appreciated how they took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I’m already seeing great results and couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Highly recommend ArtMed for anyone considering PRP or other aesthetic treatments!

I had my first Botox experience with Sarah and she was absolutely amazing. She is very knowledgeable about all of the aspects of Botox and similar treatments, and she shared all of that knowledge with me so I could make an informed decision. She also has an extremely gentle touch, so I barely felt a thing when getting injected. I would 100% recommend Sarah for anyone else considering Botox!
