I went in for a gel fill, but she does not know what she is doing. She painted it on like nail polish, and it started chipping off the next day. Now have to pay again to find someone who can do it properly.

Over priced!!!
Very basic pedicure over 50 dollars for regular polish!!!!
Very awkward and strange atmosphere
She played some sort of opera music on her phone that was terrible to listen to.
Will not be returning!!

Ashley provides excellent customer service and every time I get my nails done at her salon my nails last for weeks without chipping.
She is always friendly when I enter the salon and throughout my entire time there. Would highly recommend anyone to get their nails done at Ashley’s Nail Spa.

Her end product was pretty good. But I was first time customer to getting my nails done and she was very rude in telling me what I should get. She wasn't very professional with wearing her mask and she sounded disgusted with my nails. My friend that came with me got gel nails and they chipped within 3-4 days when she said they would last for approx 3 weeks. My other friend got a pedicure and enjoyed it very much and was very pleased with the end product though. Good prices but customer service could be improved.

Will return. Great customer service my nails last a long time without chipping or breaking. Also, the price is fair. Highly recommend! Just moved to the area and loved the vibe, cleanliness.

I had an appointment booked with Ashley and when I showed up she immediately made me uncomfortable. Despite my instinct to leave right then I gave her a chance and asked that she change the topic. She did for only a minute. She continued to be very rude, making me more and more uncomfortable by the second. My discomfort was obvious and she poked fun at it. I ended up walking out on the verge of tears about 10 minutes after I arrived.
