Disgusting place.
No door locks from the inside
Some windows lock, not all
Rooms are always over 20 degrees, so good luck sleeping at night.
Guy running it was nice enough to try putting me in another room, but it was just as hot.
Holes in the wall.
Inconsistent shower temps (would get to scalding temps to surprise you).
Dirty, found an empty r and r Mickey under my bedside table. Refrigerator didnt work and had some sort of mechanical oil inside all over.

Great if your unpicky and just want a cheap place to sleep. Good staff. Be mindful if your sensitive to smoke. Located right off a main road with a huge parking lot. IGA is across the street.

Stayed one night August 24, 2012. Check in very smooth. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Stayed in the newer section on the top floor so noise wasn't a problem. The room is very basic and looks to be set up for workers. There is a small fridge, a hot plate, coffee maker and basic cooking pots and pans. It would have been nice to have the small coffee packets that most motels do. The price was very good for a single room compared to other motels in the area and I would stay here again but have to say do not expect anything more than the basics.

Yes, the establishment is older, but the rooms are spacious, very clean: shiny clean linoleum, thick clean carpets, window ledges and windows clean...kitchenette has small fridge, coffee maker, microwave, hot plate and pots and utensils and big kitchen sink...all clean complete with dish towels and soap and scrubber. Management friendly, helpful and smiling(under the mask). Don’t miss this bargain if you are passing through Dayton Valley.

Upon entering the room and closing the door i found out that the light switch on the wall wouldn't turn on any lights so I tried opening the door to let some light in so I could see my way and the door handle came off in my hand. The web site claims all rooms are non smoking but our room had an ashtray and wreaked of cigarette smoke and had ashtrays on the night stand. On the other hand the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a new tub surround. The appliances were old and cooking utensils in the cupboards were a bit iffy. Shop for a room early in Drayton because we have found everything else booked a few times before even in the middle of winter.

My room resembled a crime scene. Every surface was filthy, there was a urine stained cot folded up in the door way, the electrical was an extension cord hanging out of a hole in the wall and had several kitchen appliances plugged into it. I'm amazed this one room hasn't burned the place down. Absolutely appalling, save yourself the trauma and stay elsewhere.

Accidentally locked out, hard to wake up owner, eventually did. Rooms have kitchenette, $80 first night, problem on far side of motel only hot water, stayed changed rooms, and was $60 the 2 more nights we stayed, I have no complaints.
