STAY AWAY. Shocking. Atrocious. Spent the last 8 minutes trying to try and comprehend my experience and still can barely fathom the words after how mind-blowing terrible my massage was from Alyssa… when I first got walked in it was way past the need of cleaning but I still held high hopes about the future. Halfway through my massage Alyssa my “therapist” wouldn’t listen to my obvious pain indicator of me yelling stop when limits were pushed and would continue to insist she knows more than my own body. Simply wanted my upper back and neck to be worked on and now I have full lost confidence in my driving ability because some wingnut thought she knew better than my own body and now I cannot shoulder check to save my life. This has put my kids daily lives in danger and I am speechless with Aurora Mountain. Read prior reviews to get an idea of what I’m coming into but clearly it’s all a facade. I wish I never wasted my time and my benefits at this atrocious place. STAY AWAY

Victoria Wiebe is the best, I highly recommend her. She took away a back pain I was having for more than a week. I felt so relaxed that I think I felt a sleep a bit 🙂 The room is very comfy and she really knows what she's doing. For one hour I felt like in heaven.

Good place to get a massage, but everytime you call they never ever answer there phones, takes a week just to get in :/

I used to highly recommend this place but wouldn't recommend now. I called to ask where the former massage therapists went for my boyfriend's sake. the guy who answered the phone was not very kind and would not let me talk. the only reason i knew they were gone was because the massage therapist that i presently went to was not one of the therapists that left, told me where they went. so at one point and another, they knew where they went but are not wanting to tell people, which is fine, but they don't need to be so rude. i still went to aurora mountain therapy even after they lost all their massage therapists, but my boyfriend needed to ask one of the former therapists a question so i wanted to know where they went too. Alyssa then left me a voicemail stating that i was being rude (not sure how i was being rude at all, especially by not being able to get a word in because the guy wouldn't let me talk) and that she's glad I remembered where the massage therapists went (but i never said that i remembered ever?) but the guy wouldn't know that i didn't say that because he didn't let me talk. Alyssa also stated that one of the massage therapists were fired and which one was fired, which i didn't think was appropriate.

It has been my "go-to" for medical deep tissue massage for years. I have had 3 different RMTs work on me and they've all been great-Alyssa, Sydney & Jennifer. You feel right at home as soon as you enter and they take the time to get to know you. Very flexible, knowledgeable and professional therapists who have clearly mastered the techniques.
Felt so much better following the treatment. Absolutely loved each visits and makes me sleep like a baby after each sessions.

Honestly that was an amazing experience. I was nervous going into it because I’ve never had a professional massage done before, but I was able to book online and received a phone call literally a minute after booking. My massage therapist was Victoria and she provided exemplary customer service, she helped me understand some things she noticed during the session that may be causing the back issues I’ve been experiencing, she even went as far as showing me some stretches that may help.

Oh and the massage was phenomenal, relaxing atmosphere with quiet and soothing music and amazing massage technique.
