Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, et convivial chez Marie Joelle qui nous a donné des informations et des conseils très utiles pour nos visites et randonnées. Les petit-déjeuners sont parfaits, un vrai régal et un moment de vrai partage. Le studio très cosy ouvrant directement sur le jardin permet une vrai détente.||Un bb à recommander.

Chambre très agréable donnant sur un petit jardin fleuri et avec vue sur la montagne. Marie-Jo, la propriétaire est très sympa, elle parle français et anglais. Petits déj. copieux et variés. Canmore est moins touristique que Banff ... et c'est tant mieux 🙂

We stayed for one night at Avens Renaissance, and Marie-Joelle was so extremely helpful initially on the phone, telling me of all of the hiking possibilities in Canmore and area, and also that the stay would include free admission to the Banff Hot Springs, which was a $22 saving for the three of us. ||||Avens has a lovely little garden area, and a very comfortable sleigh bed. We had a wonderful sleep there, it was very quiet and peaceful, no street noise whatsoever.||||The bathroom was very nice, lovely and clean, and it also had a sitting room with a couch, TV and DVD's. The only problem was that they don't have cable, so there wasn't any TV, which annoyed my husband, who was hoping to watch a show he liked.||||The breakfast the next morning was terrific - she had plenty of cereals and granola and dried fruit, and the home made banana walnut poppy seed pancakes were simply out of this world! I would recommend this B&B to someone wanting personal treatment, since she only has the one suite. My son was given a bed in her studio, which was very kind and considerate of her.

We stayed here 2 nights on New Years 2017. The room was VERY clean and in good condition. Furniture and decorations were thoughtfully brought together. Not old mismatched furnishings as some others do. Short drive to downtown Canmore. It snowed overnight when we were there and by the time we were to leave later in the morning, the hostess had even swept off the car and shoveled the driveway for us! We enjoyed the breakfast with M-J and a beautiful view of the mountains during breakfast and from in the room. There was a private entrance to the guest room which is very nice. The gas fireplace heats up the room in a short time which is nice to take the winter's edge off. Really comfortable bedding on the bed. Thanks Marie-Joelle for a nice stay. 🙂

My wife and I recently stayed here for four nights and had a great time. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and our bed was comfortable. The house is clean and very quiet. We enjoyed great conversation with Marie Joelle. We look forward to our next visit back there.

We can not add anymore to the reviews of Avens Rennaissance except to say that Marie-Joelle our host is sweeter than the lovely apples that she generously gave us from her tree, as we embarked on the last leg of our trip. Her kindness in sharing stories of her life and her love of Canmore and the surrounding areas was greatly appreciated. Thank you for helping to make our trip so memorable!

Io e mia moglie abbaimo soggiornato, purtroppo solo per due notti, in questo b&b. Marie, la padrona di casa, è stata eccezionale soprattutto con le sue colazioni! Marmellata fatta da lei, omelette e french toast! La camera grande, pulita e con tutti i comfort! Consigliato! ! !

Excellent B&B in Canmore. 10 minutes only from Bannf park. Canmore - a nice rural town. The B&B was great: excellent unique breakfast. Also we got good advises from the owner Marie who was very helpful with all necessities. Highly reccomended
