We ventured to awesome khaos today to get out and burn some energy with the temperatures dropping again and we were disappointed by the price, the space and the cleanliness.
I wasn’t upset at the $24.99, even though we were just at a play space in Edmonton that was three times the size for $9.50, it was the $20 extra to supervise our three year old. It says on the website “3 years require chaperone at no extra cost and 4 years can jump by themselves”. The loophole was “if you “want” to jump with your three year old then you have to pay $20 for the adult but if you “supervise” it’s free but yet it says right above you have to jump with them. So for our three year old to jump around and play today it cost an outrageous cost of $47.24. When entering the park we noticed a couple things, we paid full price for a non-fully functioning play experience. My three year old loves a good bouncy castle and the inflatable bouncy section wasn’t even inflated, and we weren’t even notified so it was a big disappointment. The second thing we noticed was how filthy it was, there was dirt, dust, and garbage everywhere. And we arrived in the morning so you can’t tell me if got that disgusting in a couple hours, it was long standing thick dust. So if you have allergies I would avoid! We won’t be returning at the price and condition again which is disappointing given we have small children who would love it there. I get rent prices are high and inflation affects everyone but cleanliness shouldn’t be overlooked in a business, specially for the special price of $47. I hope you at least used some of the ticket price to hire a cleaner in the future.

We had our daughter's birthday party at Awesome Khaos again. The food was good, and the kids had an awesome time as usual . My girls have been going here since they were little, and it's good that they can keep the place clean. The staff is really helpful, and the owner is very friendly and accommodating!

Hours were incorrect on website. Closed early, kicked the kids out so the 3 adults could jump around… makes you boy grip socks if you don’t have them. Not a good atmosphere. Just go to play on space.

My sister and I took my son, who will be two in November, on Thursday we were the first to arrive so we started with having the whole playground to ourselves. We ordered food which was delicious! We experienced some problems with the a few of the kids in the daycare program when they came to play on the playground. Some kids were very rough pushing my son down and hitting. It seemed that the daycare workers were having a hard time controlling a few of the kids. Once they removed the kids that were causing problems and hurting other children it was smooth sailing from there! We had a blast in both the toddler area as well as the playground area.

Very expensive and they won’t let you leave and come back. They should offer some healthy menu items since you’re not allowed to bring your own food in and you can’t go and come back. Spent almost $70 for two hours. Not worth it!

Came with my almost 2 year old and 5 year old and they had lots of fun playing in the climbing equipment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered cheese pizza, natchos, pulled pork sandwich and a strawberry milkshake for lunch and it was good. There is a big meanie with lots of items to choose from. This place looks like a great venue for birthday parties also. I will come again! This is an asset to Fort Mac

Great spot for kids birthday parties! Food is good and the facility is really fun, lots to offer. My kids enjoyed rock climbing too. Pretty safe and love the rules in place. Clean environment and good service.
