Stayed four nights at the hotel. Ate here every day but my first night.
A roadhouse menu, as you would expect, but I could not find a single thing wrong with the food. The breakfasts were very good. Their bacon is very nicely done and nice thick slices. The burgers are very good!!! Salads are generously proportioned. Prices are average. The only very minor issue was the price for the wings, on the Appetizer part of the menu, were a little high for the size of the portion. They were very well made, though.
I was trying to eat low carb and they had no issues accommodating my needs.
Recommend eating here.

My husband had the Road House burger with bacon. It was HUGE, I mean thick. Cooked nicely but the fries were a bit overcooked. I had the Shrimp Flatbread which was excellent. It had an artichoke base sauce that was tasty. The crust was baked perfectly and was not dried out. My husband had a Canadian beer and I had a margarita. Both were fine. The reason I'm not giving the atmosphere a five star is that the window view overlooked a kind of messy parking lot.
Be prepared to look for the signage for the Best Western Plus Hotel. The main entrance will say Dryden Hotel and Conference Centre.
Definitely would eat there again but now would know the signage to look for.

We ordered the steak sandwich medium rare & had to send it back because it was overcooked. Luckily the second sandwich was cooked right. Other than that, the service was excellent & our server was wonderful. I just wish I'd got her name. I don't think the food is worth the prices they charge though.

I wanted to visit their bar but due to a staff shortage, only the restaurant was open. It was quite busy. Our server was great. The food was good. I think the Philly beef dip needs to be in a baguette rather than a burger bun as it was really soggy. I didn't really care for the atmosphere but that was largely due to my expectation to be in the bar.

The food was delicious! I got the veggie burger, and my wife got a chicken burger.
The service, on the other hand, was not impressive. It was disappointing and frustrating. We arrived and got seated right away, and our order was taken shortly after. We received our drinks quickly too. We then waited almost 50 minutes for our dishes, and there were not many other patrons in the restaurant. Our waiter did not check on us often at all, not even when my wife's cup was empty as we were still waiting for our food. There was another server with long hair who kept making direct eye contact with my wife and myself. The long-haired server kept checking on all the tables but ours. I understand that servers have sections in restaurants, but she was checking all the other tables.
My wife, at one point, got up to ask the long-haired server for drinks and ordered us a side. The server then got the other server, who took a while to get us our drinks.
Once we got our food, the server did not check on us until I was almost finished with my food.
I feel that there was some sort of homophobia from the servers as all other tables were straight families or couples or single patrons. What a sad thing to see in today's day and age. I will for sure let others know of this place.

I've been coming here for years. Breakfast, lunch or dinner this place is always a favorite of mine.

I've sampled most of the menu throughout the years and enjoy the variety it offers.

The staff are always welcoming and willing to accommodate your needs to the best of their capabilities.

There is both the restaurant and lounge. Both sides have TVs for the sports games on, but the lounge has larger one's for the diehard sports fans to come enjoy a drink while the game is on.

I will also note: The washrooms received some beautiful renovations in the recent years.

This place is a great place to grab a drink or meal with families, friends, coworkers and more.
