I recently came back from a weekend with friends where we stayed in the large 3 bedroom cabin at Babine lake Resort. The cabin was very clean and had everything we required to cook up large breakfasts and dinners for 4 people. The bedding was clean and the people who worked at the resort were exceptionally friendly. We had a couple dogs with us and we were treated like family. Only negative is the docks were looking a little worse for wear but there was a carpenter on site cutting lumber with an Alaskan mill and he was working on all sorts of projects so I imagine it will be worked on as he gets time. You could see where he had repaired several sections. Very rustic and relaxing. Incredible value for the price we paid. Would definitely come back.

Poor communication

We called a few nights prior to booking & asked to book 1 night. The owner said yes. So we drove from PG ( 3 hours ). We get to the cabin and was told that it's a 2 night minimum. This was not brought to our attention when we called nor is that information on their website. They ended up letting us stay for one night but asked us to be out in the afternoon. Well, we stayed the night and took the boat out in the morning and returned at 330pm. They forced us to pay the full two days. The owners lied to my face twice. I'll also say the docks are not safe at all, they cut the power to the lodge at 10pm and don't start it up till 8am the next day. You can't use the water during this time since you need electricity for the water. Poor management with poor communication

3rd Thanksgiving we have spent out there fantastic host super quiet ?
If you want a great spot would highly recommend
Note : no wifi no cell service is a plus
Back to basics !!!
Bring your boat fish the days away or bring a book and enjoy the view

Not what we expected. Services were poor. I do not recommend for larger one rv's. Only 15amp (maybe) power, would need a generator for anything more than a coffee pot. Wifi, almost none existent.

All commodities are available, owners are super nice the view is awesome and customer are really cool. Love this place

Lovely lakeside location. Rustic and relaxing. We canoed. Many fish. Very friendly.
