I have had the pleasure of visiting Balanced Massage Therapy, and I cannot recommend their services enough. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and at ease in their serene and beautifully designed space.

I initially booked a massage session and was thoroughly impressed. The massage was both relaxing and therapeutic, targeting my specific areas of tension with the perfect balance of pressure and care. It was clear that the therapist was highly skilled and genuinely invested in my well-being.

I also experienced foot reflexology. The reflexologist was knowledgeable and explained how different points on the feet correspond to various parts of the body. The session left me feeling rejuvenated and more balanced, and I noticed improvements in my overall energy levels.

Finally, I tried their Rapid NFR (Neuro Fascial Release) treatment. This helped release deep-seated tension and significantly improved my range of motion. The therapist's skill in applying this method was evident, and I left the session feeling fantastic.

The combination of massage, reflexology, and Rapid NFR treatments at Balanced Massage Therapy has made a tremendous difference in my physical and mental well-being. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care I received and look forward to my next visit.

“I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from here. I booked an appointment and took half a day off work to make time for it. However, just one hour before my scheduled appointment, I received a call from them saying that my appointment had been cancelled because the therapist was sick. While I understand that sickness can happen, the way they handled the situation was completely unacceptable.

First of all, they called me last minute to cancel, which left me with no time to make alternative plans. The person on the phone was quite rude and seemed to have no interest in helping me or providing any solution other than rescheduling for a later date. They offered no apology for the inconvenience and seemed indifferent to the fact that I had already rearranged my day around this appointment.

What makes matters worse is their strict policy of charging the fee for appointments cancelled by the client within 24 hours. Yet, they had no problem cancelling my appointment just one hour before it was scheduled without offering any form of compensation.

Overall, my experience with this massage therapist was extremely disappointing. Their lack of professionalism, rudeness, and inconsideration for my time and schedule will prevent me from returning. I do not recommend their services based on my experience.”
