Belle place, conviale et abordable!

For many years i enjoyed the food here. The last couple.months food has gone way down. No effs given on quality control. Got a chicken parm today. Bun was soggy as if it was pulled out of the sink. Marinara sauce was cold. Chicken breast was crisp and hard on the edges and cold(but cooked) cold probably because of the cold sauce. Few weeks ago got my favorite club house. Near no meat. Extra lettace that was half brown and the thickest slices of tomatoes known to man.

Worst hotel ever did a night shift schedule and this hotel was doing renovations multiple days guys trying to sleep after working 12 to 8 am, had to tell them multiple times to stop and they never did always noise going on power tools running at 830 am painting demolition worst place ever will not stay there again food sucked in restaurant. Unprofessional and putting workers lives in danger not listening to our needs for good rest.

I'm commenting on the restauraunt not the hotel. Food is borderline awful :s nice enough staff, friendly and attentive - but the food is done very poorly. I've had 3 meals here now and only 1 of them was decent.

I've ordered from The Balmer since I was a kid. My last purchase was over $100 of food for my family.

Burgers? BURNT. The Balmer Burger? Processed frozen meat, over charged for a terrible excuse of a burger. Shame on you.

Crunch Wrap? It's suppose to have Chicken. There was NO chicken in the wrap, it was completely apart - might as well of just been the salad.

Fries? Disgusting.

Do better. For $100+ for food, disgrace. Never coming here again.

Avoid 4-7PM
The service has been taking a nosedive. I realize staffing shortages are a problem, but 2 hours to get served a cold hamburger is pretty unacceptable. The Balmer is very inconsistent in their service, and it unfortunately has soured my appetite.

Restaurant food ok. Service is friendly and good. Up charge for sweet potato fries in stead of French fries 4.95 plus tax. NOT GOOD. Like wow!
