I can’t recommend this place enough! I signed both my children and myself up for the annual unlimited membership, and it has truly been a blessing. Having access to high-quality classes six days a week, right here in a small town, is incredible!!

The coaches are phenomenal. They work so well with all ages and skill levels, creating an experience that’s both challenging and welcoming. Training alongside my kids has been such a unique and rewarding experience.

Bancroft Boxing and Grappling offers an inclusive, supportive environment where you can push yourself, grow, and feel part of a community. Whether your goal is to get in shape, compete, or just meet new friends, this gym has something for everyone. Highly recommended!

I love this place. It’s not only new but the amount of work & planning into this place is amazing. Very clean inside, environment is welcoming to all ages, the instructors are extremely knowledgeable. You don’t need to know anything. The patience & 1 on 1 time you get within the group with the instructors is the best I’ve seen in any gym. I wish you could rate higher than 5* as my family would rate higher. The future is bright for Bancroft Boxing & Grappling.
