Stopped for a snack before heading home. The place and staff are very warm and welcoming, and had a good selection of vegetarian food. Pakora were crispy, chutneys were pretty good, my Kashmiri chai was really nice, and I was craving shahi tukra and it was really good too! (It looked like French toast but it really hit the spot regardless). Overall a great place for a pit stop and to relax before a long drive.

So I came back here after some time and everything was amazing......from the service to the food to waitress and the waiter. No complaints here....the waitress that served me her name was SHAINA.

I got the HAKKA SIZZLER with chicken. Delicious, served piping hot, and the spice/ heat was no bother to me. It came with veggies spring rolls and...well, look at muh pictures for the full story.

Also, for muh beverage, I chose the CHAUSKI FALOODA....boy what a wonderful surprise form. I came with a kulfi ice cream popsicle, topped with dried flower petals, nuts, and a sweet aroma of roses. The drink itself was amazing and reminiscent of the ones I grew up with as a kid.

Board games can be played here they have a wine rack full of reds and whites for those wine enthusiasts.

Overall, I will be back great all around hidden lil GEM!

We recently visited this cafe and had a great experience with their food and drinks. We tried their Indian-style coffee and kadak ginger chai—both were flavorful and hit the spot perfectly. The pakoras were just right—crispy on the outside and soft, tender on the inside.

One of the highlights of the cafe is that they have board games, which add to the relaxed and fun atmosphere. Our server was friendly and attentive, making sure we had a good experience. However, the lady at the front didn’t have the most welcoming personality, which could be improved for a better first impression.

Overall, a nice place with great food and drinks—definitely worth a visit!

Absolutely awful experience at Bandra Café. We ordered ONE cutting tea. They brought two cups, we told them we only ordered one, so the lady left one. After we started drinking it, she suddenly comes back with a tiny cup (apparently the actual order), takes away the one we were drinking without hesitation, and just leaves us the smaller one. Who does that?! Completely rude, unprofessional, and clueless about basic customer service.

This was our first time here and we had high hopes — all ruined in minutes. We felt disrespected and honestly shocked. Never going back and definitely NOT recommending this place to anyone. Avoid it if you value decent service.

Disappointing experience with the Tomato Basil Soup from Bandra Cafe. Ordered it yesterday and was shocked to find it tasted more like oil and food coloring than actual soup, no basil, no flavour nothing. Used to enjoy it in the past, but this recent serving was a letdown. Not recommended in its current state.

- The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is enjoyable, but the service is unacceptable.
- It's frustrating to have to repeat orders multiple times (you'll tell them you want item A, they'll go, come back in 10 minutes and ask what was the order again) or to have items forgotten altogether. A simple solution would be to start using notepads or iPads for order-taking to avoid these issues.
- Every other restaurant, guest are attended to as soon as they sit. Here you'd have to call them to even start with the service
- Additionally, the cleanliness of the bathrooms needs significant attention; they are not consistently maintained.
