This amazing gem in Simcoe, ON is a couple of great friends that started with food trucks and now opened a restaurant. We had an amazing experience after working an event locally we stopped in for dinner.
Pictured here is their classic buttermilk chicken sandwich. So tasty, coleslaw, saucy, and crunchy! The side I upgraded to the Dill Pickle Fries. Well worth it with a Dill sauce and tones of shaved pickles this was brilliant! And to top it off some deep fried mars bars!
100% will be back!

Delicious food, excellent staff, we felt very welcomed and enjoyed our meal!

We upgraded our burger and crispy chicken sandwich to the poutine and onion rings. The serving size was perfect! We'll definitely come again!

Ordered online for take away for a Thursday Lunch. No issued was ready when I arrived. Food was great. Just 2 couples in the restaurant, so not busy. The patio looks great I'd like to return again and enjoy my food on the patio!

Stopped by last night for first time and was pleasantly surprised with the food and atmosphere. This is a very small restaurant With seating for maybe a little over a dozen inside, and there is some outdoor seating as well. We felt the small size just made it feel a little more cozy and we were good with that but you should be aware if you have a large party you may need to give them a heads up call so they can make arrangements for you. The owner was also the server who seemed like a very nice gentleman and he seems to show a lot of pride in his restaurant and food trucks, as he should. I requested them to add some chili to the menu so hopefully one day when I head out again there will be an awesome bowl of chili waiting on the other end. If you visit please give the guy a 5 or 10 dollar bill to stick to his wall or ceiling and don't forget to sign it or put something funny on it.

Always a treat to stop by The Barnyard Patio and Pub. The food is phenomenal each and every visit, the staff is very welcoming and making sure everything is perfect.

Highly recommended establishment that not only offers great food and service but an experience that has you wanting to come back for more.

Locally crafted beverages, not to mention how community involved the owners are, go the extra mile for me personally. Economical wings nights every Thursday hits the spot as well.

This was our first time eating here and we enjoyed our food. I had the Barnyard burger and my wife had the Big Kentucky and we both had fries. My burger was huge and tasted very good but the chicken was a little overcooked. My wife said hers was very good as well and the fries were also very good. The service was good and we both left very full. We will go back again.

This place makes damn good food. The perogies are all kinds of flavors and their burgers keep that pace going. No word of a lie these fries have the perfect crunch and flavor.
You gotta give this place a try, you will not be disappointed.

The restaurant is great and the food was amazing! Great portions, and the sauce was delicious on the chicken. I recommend going to get some good burgers and poutine!!
