The restaurant and bar below the hotel is excellent. I was always pressed for time during the two days I stayed at the hotel in Victoria, playing golf, but I had a chance to visit on the last evening. My husband was happy because he found his favorite ale, and I was satisfied with the food that was better than I expected.
I definitely recommend you to visit.

We were surprised to find a pub with so many gluten free options! Bartholomew's has a dedicated GF fryer and has lots of options on the menu that are all clearly marked. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We had the loaded potato skins, fish & chips, and chicken parmesan (not GF). Everything was fantastic!

Great food, beer and service. Not the biggest lunch menu, so only suggestion is that they could use one more option of pot pies or something with, or something you can put some gravy on.

Lunch menu has: mac & cheese, burgers, beef dip, salads, fish & chips and the like. All around good choices for everyone.

Always a great experience at Bart's, nicely varied food menu with tonnes of delicious options. Extensive tap list, massive variety of gin, beautifully curated cocktails. The staff are super lovely and very attentive.
