The hot tub was wonderful. We used it every day we were here! The kitchen is well stocked with the necessary pots/pans/dishes. The bed was comfortable and the layout was nice. Canmore is a great location for going to banff and lake Louise! We really enjoyed our stay here!

Location could not have been better, you’re right smack dab in the middle of town! Really nice, new build, clean. The interior was well designed and decorated. We were in unit 201, lots of room! Check-in/check-out process was super easy, all done by text. It was a corner unit, we thought it was really quiet. Would definitely stay here again! I will mention that the hot tub was not open for us either, seems common based on other reviews. That was disappointing as we were there on a Thursday, so we thought it might be available based on the mention about it being closed on Sundays or Mondays for maintenance. All in all, great experience!

Spent one night here because of some social functions. Loved loved loved the studio suite. Granted I was one person, but would happily stay as a couple. Room is fresh, clean, super well stocked. And fabulous location. Had to street park with the studio suite, but overnight is free and the town has paid street parking.

This place was beautiful! We are a group of 6 people. We booked a one-bedroom and a 2 bed-room suite. Each suite had a parking slot which was what we needed as a group. We also had access to a private hot tub which had a beautiful view. The suites were clean, comfy, and complete with the amenities needed. Also, this is close to the bus stop for the Roam Transit Route 3 bus stop. The only thing you need to keep in mind is that there were no elevators available so it was a struggle getting all bags up to the room, but it was worth it. We'll definitely book with them again when we come back.

Rooms were nicely decorated, liked the arts frames and kitchen amenities was good enough. We enjoyed the hot tub felt like it was hot spring (small one but enough just for your group), liked the bubble jet feature. Liked the features like: hair dryer, dishwasher, laundry washer and dryer.
Only another thing that we wished to have was 1 additional parking space for our vehicles. We had 2 vehicle and called the costumer service if we can park in other empty parking lots (there was alots available), she said they were pretty full and busy that evening but it was empty throughout our stay. It was quite disappointing, we had to park outside and had to pay extra for parking.
Thing that needs to improve would be; may be they can allow others to park in emply slots if it's available in weekdays when there is not much people who's staying. Overall it's good place to stay!! Lovely!!

Location is amazing, it's the best part. I've rented out 7 different units in this building over the last 2 years. Many of the bedrooms are tiny. Little / no storage space and a foot of clearance around the bed. For couples it is fine but can be tricky for others combinations and has made us think twice. We've spent about 18 days here and only had a working hot tub on one day. I think they should remove it from the list of amenities, as it never seems to be working. With some negotiation we were able to access one of the hot tubs at another property, but we needed to ask.

Great location close to downtown and walking distance to Main street. We stayed in a 3 bedroom which had plenty of space for our family of 5. I would say this is run more like an Air BnB style rental i.e. door code access, you need to request cleaning (only for stays over 3 nights), extra towels, take out your own garbage etc., very light touch on services which I was a bit surprised about given our high nightly rate, but they are responsive... so be prepared for that. The suite is well decorated, clean and modern. We did have an issue in that one of the bathrooms had a strong mildew smell so we needed to keep the fan on day/night. Overall even with the small issues it was a great stay and we will definitely book again. Thanks.
