BC Cannabis Store - Delta, British Columbia

Most of the time the staff here are great, friendly and knowledgeable, however whoever was working this morning not only had no knowledge of anything, but also had an adversarial attitude and made me feel unwelcome despite being the only person in the store. Perhaps I ruined their nice conversation.

Wont be coming back here. I spend way too much money on these products to risk getting trash service from disinterested and uneducated people, I'll to to Inspired Cannabis instead (its down the road and a closer to commute)

I just had a horrible experience at this store. I brought back a second cart that stopped working from the same brand within a few days. Same problem with both. When I went to the store to get an exchange I was told that since its less then half that I had to contact the manufacturer. To which I asked, can you assist with that. Their manager, Harsh or Harg said no they cant. When I asked for a regional managers phone number I was told he cant give it to me. When I asked for head offices number I got the same response. As I pulled my phone out to start looking for it myself, he grabbed the pack and all of a sudden he can contact the manufacturer now... the manufacturer told me to contact them independently and they would help me out. I said thanks and told the manager that I wasnt upset at him personally and he said "well it felt personal but its okay its all business" with a smirk. If your in the customer service industry, maybe don't put people in positions of power where they'll turn the rest if the staff into versions of themselves. Unless this is just what we should expect from BC Cannabis Stores. Lets see if anyone from head office actually reaches out. Do you actually care about clients? Or just doing your 9 to 5 as miserably as possible.

I highly recommended this store and the staff! Very friendly and they always strive for a good selection of products. I highly recommend talking with Ravi! He is extremely knowledgeable and his customer service skills are top notch! They are lucky to have him and thank you again for a great experience! The owner of the store Harsh is great! Starts from the top down! Cheers

The worst BC cannabis store I went too they are so rude and disrespectful to my girlfriend and our little puppy we had in the carrier BC cannabis in Langley are super nice and friendly dogs allowed!!! But this guy who works there is a punk and sooooooo rude and gross

Weird vibes here. Some staff are knowledgeable, and some are completely clueless and super slow. There aren’t any signs on their door that say they aren’t dog friendly, and it was a hot summer day so I brought in my pup. I carried her in one hand while I looked around and shopped. I spent about 7 minutes writing out my list and then I got in line and when it was my turn I smiled and said hi to the cashier and handed my list over but they didn’t take it, wouldn’t say hi back to me, just stared for a bit and then said “no pets in the store”. It was really weird… why not stop me the second I came in? They fully let me shop around and wait in line and everything and only refused service at the counter. If you have a dog with you, go across the street to Queens Cannabis (in the plaza that has the White Spot)

Don’t ever go there at this location the staff are so rude and so unfriendly unbelievable the one in Langley are so nice and kind and super friendly. The manager is soooooo rude

Such an enjoyable atmosphere even when it is busy, everyone is kind and helpful and non judgemental. I’ve had the best experiences coming here and I recommend this location to others for their needs.
