Wouldn't recommend. Order took 3 weeks for them to even ship it. Once shipped it only took 3 days. I had to email them twice to inquire about my order. Also they dont answer the phone.

TL;dr = rip off artists, do not do business with them

Whether their online shop accounts have been hacked, or their second cousin Cleetus is "watching the bidness" for the month, do NOT do business with BCVapor. If they aren't defunct, they are the worst customer service I've seen in ages.

Same experience as Duncan GILLIS and Jenny OP. Received confirmation that etransfer (should have been at least PayPal or credit card offered - giant red flag) taken and order received. It was a Friday so I didn't expect a shipping # until Monday at the earliest. Never came. Reached out first thing Monday to confirm order. 14 days later, no response to phone, email Messenger, either pleasant or not. Report to your bank - it's criminal fraud. Report to VPD fraud department as well.

Someone is either using these transactions for their personal piggy bank or has taken casual employment to the extreme level.

If I could give negative stars I would.

AGAIN - Do not do business with this company if it was legit, it's now a scam

Placed an order, got a confirmation. Sent an e-transfer and got an email saying order confirmed. Its been almost 4 weeks and I have reached out twice and ZERO response. At this point, phone number not working, this looks like I have been scammed.

Got a email back apologizing for the issue and offered 2 Free G Prime's and refunded shipping costs. Very good service after the initial issue will be purchasing again in the future.

Still no refund for an order that was not shipped. After multiple emails. They finally replied they would refund, it’s been 12 days since reply , no refund. Left two voicemails, no call back.

Had some troubles with shipping just before the postal strike. The package ended up being delivered after I moved away but they still provided a refund as well as a discount for my next purchase. Great customer service. Will shop again if I'm ever in the area

Absolutely amazing customer service! I got a personalized call about an item out of stock and staff were amazing! They found me what I needed and delivery was fast! Highly recommend. Will definitely be purchasing from here again

Very sad to come at 9:50 on a Thursday morning only to find the store isn’t open as advertised (8:00am). The phone is disconnected, the lights are out, nobody’s home. I drove a very long way to get here as this used to be my go to for service and selection but I can’t say I’ll be so eager to do it again. 💔
