We recently moved into a place with a hot tub and having never had one before, we were at a loss of what to do.
The owners here are encyclopaedic in their knowledge and have a great records system. They patiently guided me through the process of starting from scratch and had all the supplies I needed. They even had spare jets as one of mine had broken. Speaking with them stopped me making some novice mistakes and we’re now able to enjoy our hot tub with the knowledge and care we need. Highly recommend this store, you’re in very good hands.

Update: It's been 4 years now that we have been coming to Stan and Celia for all our hot tub needs. We have never once had anything but exceptional service. We've found these owners and the staff to be helpful and so knowledgeable not only about the products but about the areas of the community that they service. They truly care about their community and their customers.

We purchased our hot tub in Vancouver and shortly thereafter had issues with the heater. Our local dealer came through, attending the next morning, fixing it in short order. Even though he hadn’t supplied our origin hot tub,he spent extra time with us giving a complete review of how to properly set up our hot tub. We should have bought locally! Great little store and lots of supplies.

We purchased our Beachcomber hot tub from a dealer we had purchased from before, not the Sechelt dealer. After setting it up we had some problems with the control panel. We were delighted with the response from Stan and Celia to resolve our problem quickly and professionaly. Highly recommend them and their store.

Got an adorable little two-person hot tub that doesn't take up the whole patio. Delivery was easy because it's such a small tub. Staff is friendly and helpful and show up when they say they will. Pool chemicals and everything else you need available at the store.
