I can’t save enough positive things about Beachcomber Tubs in Brantford, Brant. Having a hot tub for many years previously, I still researched endlessly the best hot tub to purchase for my new home. So I was quite informed before I even set foot into the store. Having listened to other sales reps in other stores, give you non factual info as part of their sales pitch, it was a pleasure dealing with Melissa. Melissa was superb, she was very knowledgeable, truthful, helpful, understanding and listened to my needs. Her customer service skills are excellent and she has been positively helpful through all the stages of purchase, delivery and set up. The prices were extremely good and the service exceptional. I had learned a lot of important information on how hot tubs are built and what to look out for. Beachcomber did very well in producing extremely well-made hot tubs with the right base, installation, connections glued and clamped etc., etc. I have not had the Beachcomber hot tub very long, but so far I’m extremely happy with it, no problems at all. The after sales service has been excellent and Melissa always gets back immediately to answer any questions. Again her customer service skills are excellent and she makes you me feel part of the beachcomber family. I am so pleased with the service and the hot tub I purchased. Just replaced our 22 year old beachcomber hot tub. Highly recommend the Brantford store ( we also purchased the first tub there). Danielle and Greg have given us excellent support along with great communication.

Hi All, I normally do not write reviews but after reading some of the reviews wanted to share my experience with Beachcomber in Brantford. I have a beachcomber hot tub that is 18 years old, purchased new that long ago. After a power outage, flow light came on, no problem followed instruction and hot tub started then over heated light came on. After reading a bunch and trying different things from the inter net no luck. 18 years old most likely done. I stopped in to Beachcomber in Brantford, the service guy Greg was in and said He could stop over the next day, Greg called ahead and showed up on time. Had most of what was needed and return the next day to finish the repair. Now my 18 year old hot tub is running just like new. Thanks Greg and the staff at the store ( Jen & Danelle ) always helpful. Just for the record, parts were lower cost from them than on line stores. This is NOT a fake review but a very happy customer. Cheers Syd Antler

Greg the hot tub guy has very poor communication, like pulling teeth to get anything done. Came out charged us 270 ish dollars for an inspection and told us the electrician needed to do it. ( Not that he would need to come back to do his job after the electrician) The electrician replaced the wire and then we had to get him back in to tell us he will need to source the part that we have to order it cause he cannot.... Have not heard back from him and was able to source the part we were looking for and have another company booked in to do the job. Super over dealing with this company.

Our first Beachcomber hot tub lasted over 18 years and we now have our second since May 2019. This a testament to show how excellent this product is and how extremely good the quality is and the longevity of this product. We would highly recommend a Beachcomber to anyone. I have purchased 3 hot tubs from Mel/Beachcomber. (Due to moves, and assisted/coordinated with friends/family) - She is eager to please and help wherever possible. Technicians are friendly and efficient. we have always had amazing service with all aspects from purchase, delivery, set up, water maintenance and service. I have had a small issue once and warranty was honoured in a timely and courteous fashion. I had a water tech issue once and Mel went above and beyond to help solve my problem. Beachcomber tubs are amazing and the service in Brantford second to none!!!

Well let me just say if your looking for a hot tub PLEASE BY ALL MEANS go see Melissa at Beachcomber in Brantford
I was not a lover of hot tubs but I have to say the knowledge of our customer service rep Melissa was phenomenal. There was so many questions I had and she just answered everything. Our tub was delivered 24 hours after purchase ( Christmas Eve ) to be exact . The deal was more than I could have hoped for AFFORDABLE!!!
We have gone in for questions that I’ve had and she answers everything in the most easy approachable way and it all works
And we now started buying our water softener salt which was 3.00 a bag cheaper there again because she said we sell that
She was the best person who has called us as a follow up to see if everything is all right
And of course it’s great
We get out of the tub we don’t smell of chemicals
When in doubt shout it out to Melissa because she knows what to advise and you will be so very satisfied
Thank you for being who you are and offering us the best customer service any one can get

Bought a new hot tub with cover in December. Cover vinyl is disintegrating and they a on’t warranty it. Would have been nice to have it last 6 months. Customer service is dead.
