Went late at night to Beamish House. Nice large patio with view to the parking lot & the park. Our waitress was wonderful and the food came pretty quickly. The platter was filling and came with 3 of each items and two sauces. Ordered wings also which were of pretty good size too. Lemonade cocktail was sweet but the strawberry one was sour. The only downside was the constant bite of mosquitoes on the patio. Overall, great food and nice experience.

Absolutely loved this place! I had a mule and the fish tacos, and both were delicious!

The ambiance was great - what an awesome patio. The staff were super friendly, and service was quick.

I was visiting Port Hope and asked another business owner where I should go for some lunch. He (Brian) recommended this place.

I was greeted by Deb and I chose to sit at the bar. The bartender was Carson. I met the owner, Jessie if I’m remembering her name correctly. Everyone was so kind, warm, friendly and attentive.

I had planned to stay for one drink and lunch but had such a great time, thanks to Deb, Jessie and Carson, that I stayed for a few hours.

The burger, side salad(great serving size) and wings were very tasty and the wings were not the tiny ones you get at some places where there is only skin and bones. The wings here at Beamish House were meaty and delicious.

I was very impressed that they honour their regular customers who have passed away with a nice plaque mounted on the bar and walls

This place was wonderful. We went two days in a row. Felt like both the towns hidden jem but also the local spot. The patio is top notch. But the service is what makes it. So friendly. Maddy and Deb were so sweet and fantastic.

We ate on the nice outdoor patio at the Beamish House at a recent sister getaway in Port Hope. Great food. Generous servings. Would definitely recommend you check it out. The interior looks great and would like to check it out some night.

Amazing space in Port Hope with incredible staff. Delicious food and a superb atmosphere! Definitely will be back the next time I am there. Sat inside (by my choice) but the patio seems to be one of their best features so I can’t wait to be back for that.
