Worst place i ever been. I booked appointment and when i went there they were like there is no appointment booked and was asking me to come back later while i took my day off just for this and its a hassle to go out in this cold with oxygen tanks. Thankfully i had there no. in my call history to prove. Finally they agreed to see even then their Tens machine stopped working in middle twice because of loose lead. Literally waste of time and money

I loved this place until Terry was there. I had bad experiences when booking my appointments. The girl Rebecca is extremely rude and not helpful. All other girls are great. That being said it only takes one bad dealing to ruin your experience. I had to wait over 25 minutes one day for my appointment. I ended up leaving because I was getting late. I had to go to a different physio because this place was short staff and was unable to book appointment that I needed for my knee injury.

Very friendly & knowledgeable staff! After breaking my foot this past spring, I spent several weeks here and the therapists were fantastic at aiding in my rehabilitation. The customer service is wonderful, and always very welcoming. I highly recommend Beaumont Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic; however, I'm glad to be finished my follow-ups! Hopefully, I'll be injury-free going forward, but if not; I'll be back! Lol.

The staff here are great. They always welcome you with a smile. Sue was my physio therapist and she was wonderful. Hopefully I won't have to come back but I will definitely use this business if I do.

I have been using Beaumont Physio for over 25 years. My fave therapist is Sue! She makes me feel welcome all the time and then she hurts me...lol! It's all good...she has fixed me numerous times! Extremely knowledgeable and she is the best therapist there IMO!

My family and I have all used the services here at some point in time. The service has always been warm, friendly, and welcoming. The staff and physiotherapists are knowledgeable in their positions. Sue was tremendously compassionate and understanding!

I have been going here for several months for post-surgical recovery and can't say enough about this clinic and it's staff. The front office staff are always pleasant and willing to help. Jackson has been an incredible PT and has been invaluable to my recovery. Thank you for everything gang!

I had an appointment booked which they canceled without calling me. I found out when I came in for my appointment, no one really knew what was going on. Did not see a physiotherapist but the organization was not there. Will be booking with someone else.
