Very disappointed with my appointment about a month ago. My chief complaint/problem area was not fully assessed as they did not touch the area that I was concerned about. This problem area kept cracking and was in pain and I was told to keep cracking it. I felt no relief from the very little adjustments and exercises that were done. This issue has been persistent since then. I went to a chiropractor today and my cheif complaint was fully addressed through thorough visual and manual inspection, and within 15 minutes they knew exactly what the issue was. My osteo appointment here was over an hour and I left feeling more confused and discouraged. I received no answers or recommendations and I feel as though I wasted my money.

This was my first time trying the float tank and it far exceeded my expectations. What a great experience from the lovely lady who guides you through and the luxury of the private room. I honestly did not want to get out when my hour was up, and I felt so relaxed and peaceful for days afterwards. This is a must try for any one looking for a unique way to let go of all your worries! I am hooked and definitely going again. Thank you!

Have been seeing Myron at BITs for osteopathic treatments since a nerve injury laid me out for a number of weeks. Have gotten a lot of relief and worked on releasing the causes of my pain and enjoyed the calm and non judgemental atmosphere of the practice. Glad I've met Myron and he can help me take a tour of what my body needs to heal itself. All the staff I've met have been lovely and welcoming and explained the processes of booking ans treatments well. Go with an open mind and be open to working on not just the immediate pain... because it's worth getting to the root.

Friendly, caring atmosphere, I love coming here. I especially enjoyed my float experience, the room was extremely clean, the staff made sure I was comfortable & answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!

If you are into Float therapy, this is a great facility. Friendly staff, calm and quiet environment. The float room is really nicely set up and spacious.

Laura, the receptionist, was very friendly, hospitable and informative. I found the float room to be very comfortable and well appointed. I truly felt like I was entering a spa experience, with a difference! I will definitely float again.

I haven't tried it myself. However, I bought a gift certificate from them for my friend and she absolutely loved it. She said she was so relaxed after that she couldn't drive. Lol. When I went in to get the gift certificate they had a great customer service. They took the time to explain all of their services to me. They also explained their Covid safety measures in place so everyone can feel safe going in. After my friend telling me how much she loved it, I'm thinking about trying it myself.

I love floating every week with my monthly membership. After my car accident this year I use float therapy in combination with massage therapy at BITS. This has sped up my recovery and reduced pain in my life. I often buy float certificates as gifts for my friends and family all enjoy the relaxing benefits.
