I have been going to Bellaza for years, and still love it. There's no one I trust more for my waxing and other esthetics. Ashley is amazing. Quick, clean and comfortable. Room is warm, chatter is great. Thank you for always taking care of me!!

I wanted to take a moment to process my recent experience with the Bellaza Day Spa and specifically about Ashley before posting my review. When booking my appointment, the conversation was poor. It took hours, sometimes days to receive a response. Upon arriving to my appointment the salon itself didn’t really look like a “day spa” but more like a cringy apartment. I was taken down to a dungeon of a room for my waxing appointment that was absolutely filthy. That’s when I should have left to be honest. The wax that was used was out of what looked like a paint can and was so sticky. Her technique and the way she used fabric strips to rip off the wax made it more painful. Once finished I had wax all over, even in my hair. I was told I could clean up myself and was given a used bottle of oil and one small piece of paper towel. I just wanted to get the hell out of there. Once home I could barely walk and had to have 3 separate showers to get off all the sticky wax she used on my body. Plus noticed bruising and broken blood vessels all over my skin. Absolutely unacceptable. Now for the real reason I left a bad review…
The next morning I received a call from Ashley aggressively accusing me of canceling my e-transfer to her and blocking her number. I did neither. She threatened to go to authorities and reach out to fellow salons to warn them about me. She stated that she was part of a local group chat where they warn one another about people to not do business with. Cool Ashley, go for it! I’ll do the same! After contacting my bank and seeing there was an error in payment, I sent the money to her again and later received a refund in transfer fees as there was in fact an error on the bank side, and not my fault. Overall, absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever been through and will never go back to that place again or recommend anyone else to go there either.

My wife and I have been going here for the last year and a half for pedicures, and have nothing but respect for the quality of her work, and obvious efforts to maintain a comfortable, clean environment. Definitely recommend.

Amazing place! I'm very picky with who does my eyebrows, but Ashley made me feel so calm and at ease! My eyebrows turned out perfect and she's just such a friendly, positive, happy person! Highly recommend!

I have always felt a little uncomfortable in the spa/salon environment which has always held me back from feeling like my best self.. but Ashley has always been so welcoming, kind and accommodating to my anxieties. She always greets me at the door with a kind warm welcoming, and we depart with a new special kind of connection ! I am happy to have found a new safe space to relax and rejuvenate over a couple of laughs 🙂 I have a friend I can’t wait to catch up with!

There are many positive things I can say in regards to Ashley and her services. To start as soon as you come in you can just feel her positive energy, it is exactly what I want to be around when I'm going to get pampered. She is very thorough and can answer all my questions regarding any services she offers and if she doesn't have the answer she will gladly find it. I have had the pleasure of Ashley make me feel beautiful with manicures, pedicures, waxing and spray tans. I highly recommend her. 😁🥰

I have been going to Bellaza Spa for about 5 years now and getting my nails done by Alicia. Alicia is the most kind and sweetest person. She is always so happy, bubbly and fun to chat with during our appointments. She has always been the most accommodating for booking in appointments which I have greatly appreciated.
Would highly recommend booking with Alicia! 😊
