Fabulous facility! Great amenities for families. I take my little one swimming here all the time and it's very convenient and accessible (family change rooms, stroller storage etc.). The family pool is always nice and warm for the kiddos.

We it's clean and the pool is nice and warm .swimming was a good experience. we enjoyed the new pool the staff seemed really helpful. It was disappointing seeing ice rink covered in snow and kids being paid to clean, sitting inside on their phones. I did ask the one in charge, and he said he couldn't samboni wouldn't work.... shovels do . We then went to bay, where it was clean and snow removed. Same weather and the same city . Seem there samboni works .

In town from British Columbia and decided to play some Badminton for exercise. Beautiful facility, but the designers chose style over functionality. 4 nice courts, high ceilings, decent lighting, good lines except for the confusion caused by the pickleball service line being the same colour. Then they went and ruined it by putting in skylights and non-retractabke basketball nets that overhang a quarter of the way into the end courts. That leaves only the 2 middle courts, which can only be used to their full potential at night or cloudy days.
It's a shame because they have some good players there.

Parking is an issue. I've been a few times now for swimming and the facility is nice, bright, and clean. The pool is great for young kids. It's warm and has lots of shallow spots and benches for kids to touch on the bottom without the water being over their heads.

Come early though, as there is very little parking on site, and a fair amount of what is there is designated as accessible permit parking. Be prepared to walk a block or two with your kids and bags, if you can even find street parking nearby... Or be prepared to just turn around and go home with disappointed kids if you can't find anything close. Parking wasn't thought through very well when they designed the space.
