would definitely stay here again! The hotel is affordable and boasts a clean, modern atmosphere. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, pillows and soft bedding that ensured a great night's sleep.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations, featuring a wide variety of options, including several healthy choices. The rooms were not only spotless but also contemporary in design, enhancing the overall experience.

My only downside was that the pool was closed for maintenance, which was one of the main reasons I booked this location. However, the hospitality clerk kindly offered access to a hot tub at a nearby sister property, which was a thoughtful gesture, even though we didn't take advantage of it. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel!

We just stayed here for a hockey tournament - Thursday to Sunday. This hotel was one of the best that we have been set up with for a hockey tournament.
1. Staff - the staff were fantastic. Check in was easy and they were super pleasant despite an influx of check ins and last minute bookings due to a snow storm.
2. Breakfast - the included breakfast was really good. The selected option were basic but delicious. Only single issue was the one morning they had 3-4 teams trying to have breakfast at the same time and they were not prepared for the influx so people were waiting for clean dishes, glasses etc.
3. Rooms - rooms were very clean (went over with my own Clorox wipes) and the duvet covers can be taken off the bed and duvets wrapped in sheets. Will also note that even with kids running around, we didn’t get any of that deep echoing/reverberation from footsteps and doors closing. We were on the main floor and didn’t hear a thing above us. I’d give 10/10 just on this point alone for a tournament hotel (iykyk)
4. Pool - clean, well kept and although not super large, was able to happily hold an entire team plus siblings without seeming crowded. Good little water slide too, great for small kids (4ish plus).

All in all, will return here if the opportunity presents itself.

Best stay ever, the staff is very helpful and they go beyond to make your stay rememberable.. Rooms are clean and room service is great.. 5 stars to complimentary breakfast. Will go back and stay again next time.

From the time of booking to checking in and during our stay, the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, and the amenities such as the pool are a huge plus for the kids. Our only complaint is that the pool was very cold.

If you're not a Best Western Elite member, then bring your water bottle to fill at the water station because only Elite members get water in their rooms.

Breakfast was above average from what we've experienced at other hotels. There was a variety of hot food, pastries, cereal, etc. There were gluten-free cereal, meat options, and sides.

Nice looking, clean hotel, friendly staff. Our room had sloppily made beds, no big deal but it was the first thing I noticed. The noise was an issue for me. I could literally hear the guy above me urinating. The flush confirmed it. I could hear people in the hallway, also at 4am. I had a terrible sleep. Not recommended if you like peace and quiet.

The hotel is always clean and well maintained. The beds are excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool and slide area are very nice. They have a free hot breakfast. This is my first choice whenever I stay in the Leduc/Nisku area. It is also walking distance from shopping.
