J’y suis resté deux jours, rien de notable, best western non récent, mais bien entretenu. Les chambres étaient propres et bien aménagées. Le restaurant semble ok, mais il ne m’a pas donné le goût d’y aller (très personnel). Le gros plus, c’est le service. Des gens attentionnés et souriants. Je voyage bcp et on sent que les employés ont votre bien être à cœur et que c’est agréable... J’y retournerais.

Endroit propre, salle de bain bien équipée, mais mieux vaut être amoureux: le lit avait une nette tendance à nous ramener l'un vers l'autre. Peu de choix au petit déjeuner, mais le café est bon. |En somme, un endroit correct pour passer une nuit.

Bon rapport qualité prix, personnel agréable. Les points négatifs: petit manque de pression dans la douche et la qualité de la bouffe au restaurant de l'hôtel est très moyenne.

Beau hall d'entrée et bel accueil.Le personnel est gentil,l'endroit est propre.J'avais une chambre au niveau du sol avec accès par le corridor ou par l'extérieur(très pratique pour les bagages).La chambre est très propre,la salle de bain bien équipée:bouteilles d'eau Eska(ma préférée)sels de bain,baume pour les lèvres,etc.Le lit king est tellement confortable.Sofa et télé à écran plat équipée avec un clean remote control(quelle bonne invention).Il y a un très bon resto sur place,c'est bien pratique,surtout losqu'il pleut,qu'on est à moto et qu'on veut pas sortir dehors...La semaine le petit déjeuner est fourni et il y a 3 choix.L'hôtel est situé face au Welcome centre et à quelques pas du pont menant aux USA.J'aurai juste aimé qu'il y ait un peu plus de pression sous la douche par contre.

Hotel is easy to find. Check in was seamless and staff were friendly. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. I booked this hotel because it had an outdoor pool that from the pictures looked nice. When I went to use the pool it didn’t appear to even been opened for the season. This was first week of July in the midst of a heat wave. |The one site also made it sound like beach access and there is not. It backs up to a marina with a tree lined fence. If you’re looking for a place to sleep it’s a good bet

I stayed at this Best Western over the August long weekend, and my experience was extremely disappointing.

Upon entering my room, the first thing I noticed was a foul odour. When I went into the bathroom, I found hair all over the toilet and a dirty bathtub that did not drain. The cleaner was polite and came in to wipe the bathroom, but the smell remained and the tub was never fixed.

On my last night, I woke up with bedbug bites on my right arm, hand, and foot. At checkout, I spoke with Julie at the front desk, showed her the bites, and voiced my concerns. Her reaction suggested this wasn’t the first complaint of this nature. She assured me she would speak to her manager and get back to me. A few days later, I received an email from her stating, “Our pest control company was in and found no bedbugs.” However, I know for a fact the bites appeared overnight — they were not there when I went to bed.

I am very disappointed with the service and cleanliness at this location and, for this reason alone, I cannot recommend staying here.

Very clean! Bed very comfortable. Carlos at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. He checked us in quickly. He also served us breakfast the next morning, which was excellent.
Definitely will return.
